During the video call, Nobara's voice cut through the distance. "Alright, Yuuji, focus. What if the food theme is inspired by their favorite animes? Like we'll have the gum-gum fruit from 'One Piece,' some elegant high-tea snacks from 'Ouran High School Host Club,' detective-themed appetizers from 'Bungo Stray Dogs,' and, uh, edgy bites inspired by 'Chainsaw Man.'"
Yuuji nodded, taking notes as he tried to keep up with Nobara's rapid-fire suggestions. "Got it, food is covered. I'll make sure to coordinate with the caterers. What's next?" As Yuuji scribbled down more notes, Choso popped up in the frame. "That your girlfriend or something?"
"Hell no!" Both Yuuji and Nobara said simultaneously, sharing a brief, amused glance through the screen.
Choso raised an eyebrow, "So what's happening here?" Yuuji quickly filled him in, explaining the gender reveal party, the treasure hunt, and the anime-themed feast. Choso's eyes widened with interest. "Are you high?" Yuji asked, looking into Choso's eyes. Choso smirked. "Nah, man, I just don't sleep," he said, ruffling Yuuji's hair before taking a sip of a monster.
Nobara rolled her eyes, unimpressed with Choso's antics. "Focus, Yuuji. We're on a tight schedule here." Choso, leaning back with a mischievous grin, chimed in, "Tight schedule? You're planning a party, not a military operation."
