As Megumi stepped out to make the call, Brina gazed at the newborns in her arms. Koa, now calmer, nestled against Zuri, creating a heartwarming tableau of sibling connection. The room, bathed in the soft glow of dim lights, became a haven where the bonds of family unfolded.
After a few minutes, Megumi FaceTimed Yuuji. "Yo? What do you want?" Yuuji's face appeared on the screen, his eyes widening with surprise as he saw the newborn twins in Brina's arms.
"Congratulations, you guys. When can I visit?" Megumi, glancing at Brina, smiled. "Once we're back home, you can come by. Just give us a month or two to settle in." Yuuji nodded eagerly.
After calling most of their friends, Megumi called Brina's parents. Brina's parents, thousands of miles away, appeared on the screen with a mix of excitement and anticipation. "Are those our grandbabies?" Brina's mom exclaimed, her eyes welling up with tears.
