As I stepped out of the car, a lady who I assumed to be some maid came almost running towards me and eventually guided me to the door, after a few steps ahead when I eventually found myself standing in front of the door, the nervousness in my chest only began to spread as I took a step back. Annoyed at the caller on the other end I finally decided to pick it up and see who it was. I was almost certain it was a wrong number*
-The phone call-
"Hello?" A voice came from the other end.
Growing impatient, I retorted, "wrong number and stop calling"
"I'm afraid not. Cassandra Levine is who I'm speaking to as per my information" the voice spoke again. Intrigued my the mention of my name I made the decision to listen to what he'd have to say and who he even was.
"Oh, yes that's me. What do you have to speak to me about?" I inquired in a calm, collected demeanor as I began walking down the hall.

The same mysteries deep voice that belonged to a man came through again "Whatever it is, it's important and we need you to be cooperative. You'll be sent a Limousine at 2pm outside your office. Consider that as your cab, we'll talk when you get here." As he hung up. He didn't even let me consider it. There was no way I was going to hop in on a stranger's car and get to an unknown location. However, as the realization hit, I recognized the voice—it was the same man who had kidnapped me before. I couldn't fathom going back there, no way.

I was growing more and more impatient as each minute passed since that call ended. I was now in my office, seated at my desk and staring at the wall clock that hung on the wall opposite to me. I knew what I was about to do wasn't right but I had made up my mind. I couldn't risk putting my family in danger, not after I just witnessed what they were capable of. My family meant everything to me, I'd do anything to keep them safe, even if it meant putting my safety on the line. After a few minutes of having a silent conversation about this in my head, I looked up at the clock again. It was 2:01pm. *_Has the car pulled up yet?*_ I thought to myself and as I did, I looked down through the window. Just as I had expected, there was a limousine waiting for me right down to my building. With a sense of fear tingling in my heart, I decided to pay no head to it and entered the lift which would take me right to the ground floor where my apparent "cab" as he called it was waiting for me.
I slid into the back side of the car and tried to take a look at the driver. He was dressed in a slick black suit but what caught my attention was the subtle scar on his left cheek, it intrigued my curiosity but I made up my mind to keep it professional. As stupid as it sounds to follow by his orders, it's what I had to do I had no other choice. I will however get back at him once I'm powerful enough, I drowned in such thoughts that played on like a radio on my mind. The rest of the ride was silent and I had almost started to doze off when I felt the four wheeler pull up at a stopage. I peeped through the glass window and saw the car parked in front of a mansion. By mansion, I mean a huge one. As I stepped out of the car, a lady who looked like she was in her mid 40s came almost running towards me, assuming she was one of the workers, I followed behind her and was eventually guided to the main door. The nervousness came back again but I had no option except to wait.
