Aaron's pov:
"Here's all the information I could gather. Hopefully, I'll be free to go. Mr Raphael will be present at Park Avenue on-" before Cassandra could finish her sentence, two loud gun shots went off and I saw her immediately turn around towards where the sound came from, a look of shock prominent on both our faces. As I looked around to investigate the situation, it became clear that we were under attack by someone. Just then, the sound of a few more gun shots reached our ears and I wasted not a quarter of a second to get into position and reach for my rifle which was kept hidden in my back pocket. I grabbed another hand gun with loaded bullets from one of the shelves and handed it to Cassandra before gesturing her to get behind me and follow. She gave a quick yet fierce nod and began moving, it surprised me how not a single wave of shock passed through her face as if she was prepared for it. Before I could think about it, I heard a stampede of people coming in our direction and I was immediately alerted about the danger and it reminded me that we were now surrounded by our enemy, but didn't know which one. I had to think of a strategy fast, as I already knew this place wasn't as highly protected as my other ones.  Before I could do anything, I glanced at Cassandra and saw her already bolting out the door, holding the pistol tight in her hand. I followed not far behind and quickly took the lead but not for long and I looked around to see a group of men, all dressed in black suits firing their guns at us. It was clear that this was going to be  fierce and bloody.again.

We exchanged a quick glance with each other, knowing that we would have to coordinate in order to beat back the attackers. The men fired some shots, but I was ready for it. I dived to the side and avoided the bullets.
Cassandra fired back with her gun, hitting one of the attackers in the shoulder. The attacker dropped his gun and fell to his knees. I was definitely astonished by her skills but couldn't express it as our main goal was to survive at that time.
I quickly got to my feet and pointed my rifle at another attacker. I took a quick breath and pulled the trigger, instantly killing the man with a shot to the head. After a brief moment, I finally got in touch with one of the crews of my men and alerted them about the ongoing battle. As my forces soon began to gather, I got back the confidence I was losing just a while back. As this continued and we had almost killed all the assassins of the opponent, I turned around to see Cassandra and saw her still fighting ever fiercely. Just then, I saw a man in all black coming straight at her from behind and with a gun pointed at her direction. Before I had the chance to warn her, he had shot her right before my eyes.
