Lilith couldn't believe how long she had been on the back of Jax's bike, even though it had only been a few hours. She snuggled closer to him, holding on tight as they rode on. Her mind wandered to thoughts of Thomas, imagining what he would look like and who he would resemble. She remembered holding him briefly and how much he looked like his father. The memory made her heart skip a beat. Suddenly, Jax's hand landed on her thigh, bringing her back to reality. Their eyes met in the mirror and she felt a warm sensation in her stomach. He had briefly rubbed her thigh before returning his hand to the throttle. Although she missed the contact, she smiled as she felt his warmth on her hands that were wrapped around his waist. His blue eyes sparkled in the mirror as he gave her a gentle squeeze before revving the bike again.

As they pulled up at a log cabin in the middle of nowhere, Lillith dismounted Jax's bike and the group huddled together to discuss their next move, Lilith looked at Jax confused, she knew Thomas wasn't in the cabin, Natalya was too much of a princess to slum it in there.

"Jax, what are we doing here? "

"Russians are in their holiday lodge a mile from here, This cabin belongs to SAMCRO, we're gonna leave the bikes here and walk through the woods. I want you to -"

"Don't tell me ta stay here!" she cut him off.

"I want you to stay behind me," he smirked. "

Lillith scoffed and walked past him and started to make her way towards the trees, when she heard Chibs clear his throat, she looked over her shoulder to her father who stood rooted to his spot he hooked his thumb over his shoulder with a giggle.

"Urm, it's this way, lassie." Lillith was too angry and apt to be embarrassed by her lack of direction. She turned on her heels and marched towards Samcro mumbling to herself. As she strode past Jax he smirked at her and caught her hand holding it tightly, he pulled her along with him.

"You stick with me trouble."

As darkness descended upon them, they reached the lodge. Lillith couldn't resist the overwhelming urge to rush inside and search for her baby. All her training and logic seemed to vanish, leaving her breathless with anticipation. Her eyes scanned the illuminated windows of the lodge, desperately seeking a sign of her boy. At that moment, she once again felt the warmth of Jax's presence. His hand gently pulled her down into the tall grass, providing cover by the trees. Lillith remained fixated on the windows, while Jax directed his brothers on what needed to be done. He assigned her father and Tig to assess the security inside, while Opie and Happy were tasked with Taking out the men around the veranda.  Lillith watched Happy and Tig work their way around the perimeter of the lodge silently dropping men as they went. After the last one fell to the ground, Happy let out a low whistle letting Jax know it was clear, as Jax stood and brought Lilith up with him she suddenly froze, overwhelmed with emotion. Tears welled up in her eyes and her breathing became labored.

"Jax, what if he isn't here, what if our little boy is gone." She cried.

Jax reached out and held her chin breaking her stare from the lodge and bringing her face to his, her eyes took his features in.

"Hey, hey, you said it yourself we will search the earth and we won't stop until we find him, now come on stay beside me."

As they reached the steps at the front of the lodge and met up with the others Jax opened his mouth to give instructions but was silenced as Lillith flashed past him and up the steps, she took her leg and booted the door with such force it flew open with a crash, A man in a suit appeared with utter surprise on his face, he didn't get a chance to reach for his weapon before Lilith throat punched him, dropping him to the floor of the entrance.  "Jesus Christ" Jax uttered as he caught up to the brunette.
