Eric Chou has been playing the piano since Luhan's departure. The pain of his absence inspired him to compose more tunes and tunes he did. Chou expresses feeling of regret for not helping Luhan when he needed it most. He also expressed his love and care for his best friend. He just pictured sitting across from Luhan in a cafe. As a fellow artist there is a beauty in pain and beauty was the result.
Zhang Liyin has been Eric's personal caretaker since then. With Eric going through extreme bouts of grief, he needed someone who would be there for him. Henry and Eric Nam would check Hsingche if he needed solace. Nam having experienced loss beforehand from his group has been able to connect with him. Nam and Henry would invite him for dinners so he would cheer up. Whike Hsingche has been home Lay has moved in with him so he wouldn't feel alone.
It has been now two months since that tragic day. Although he slightly recovered from his depression, he couldn't help but feel something's missing. Thankfully Liyin was there to help him.
Eric Choi just stood by the piano playing a tune. Liyin giggled in nostalgia as she remembered the same thing happened to Henry when he was a rookie.
"You have such incredible talents Hsingche. You are able to feel such strong emotions from just playing a tune. You might even be better than Henry." Liyin states.
"I have to agree meimei. Hsingche has phenomenal songwriting skills like nothing I have ever seen. He'll be a huge force in the Chinese entertainment industry." Victoria shared the sentiment.
"I appreciate you aunties for being here with me. I will admit I still miss Luhan. He was like a big brother." Eric smiled sadly.
"That is why I'm here Hsingche. We have the same pain when Hangeng left the agency. It's difficult being a foreign idol. It does saddens me many Koreans have such a strong prejudice against Chinese people working here. It makes me wonder if Sooman-nim really has our best interests?" Liyin expressed her doubts. She too has been a victim of mismanagement.
She has often put on the back burner for years until they finally let return this year. For the first time she truly feels like family here in SM. With Henry, Zhoumi, Victoria, and the Chinese EXO line they're one big family. Right now they need support their youngest member.
The resulting music video stars Victoria and Eric as coworkers. They began to develop feelings until it blossoms into a relationship. They embrace each other with loving arms, but even good things come to an end. It was implied that she passed of a fatal accident. In the end Eric sings about his love for her similar to how he would sing towards Luhan. Almost ironic.
