Meeting Chen Yifan

Eric Chou got dressed for another day of work. He smiled at himself for being able to celebrate Tzuyu's victory in Sixteen. With her birthday already passing and now her promotion, the older cousin couldn't be happier.

He got to meet the girls that competed including the energetic Sana, the sweet yet strong Jihyo, the clingy and talkative Nayeon, they were equally unique in their personalities. Some of them were kinda starstruck meeting much famous faces. Overall, it was a great atmosphere and he personally entrusted Jihyo to taking care of Tzuyu.

"That was quite a party of Yixing. It was a smart idea inviting her to a Chinese restaurant. It brought a lot of memories growing up and to see her grow up so fast makes me so proud."

"It sure was. I remember when you first introduced her to us when we were starting." Yixing laughed at their awkward first encounter.

"We were rookies back then. I had a right to be protective. Nobody is going to lay a finger on her." Eric said with proud smirk.

"Quite the doting brother but I should put my trust on that girl Jihyo. She seems to be a little on the shy side."

"From what I've seen she has confidence issues. You remembered when we first debuted. It didn't take untill the hospital crisis with Alex that we became closer." Eric reflected at his rookie years. He used to very envious of his brother. He felt inferior due to his age. In the beginning he was seen as Alex's little brother.

"You have come such a long way Hsingche. You have already cultivated your own fanbase. It was the same way with me. In beginning all eyes were Luhan. He would always have the most popularity." Yixing laughed.

"I still remember having to support him when he was mobbed by fans." Hsingche laughed.

Right as he was about to head out his phone began to ring. Answering the call he heard Sooman's voice.

"I'm sorry for interrupting your morning but we have a special emergency Hsingche."

"An emergency? It doesn't have to do with my brother?"

"It's nothing like that he's taking a day off with Tao. I'm calling you because I need your assistance on something concerning a new trainee. Come to my office for details." Sooman ended the call.

"Wonder what he called you for?" Yixing asked.

"Apparently Sooman wants me to welcome in a new trainee. I wonder what they did to make ajusshi fuss like that. I should get going I'll see you later Yixing-ge." Hsingche waves goodbye.

"You got this Hsingche! I know you'll take care of it!" Yixing gave a supportive thumbs up.

Sooman's Office

I'm here ajusshi. Who is this kid you want to meet." Hsingche sat next to the new trainee.

"Holy fucking shit... You brought me Eric Chou! You didn't tell me this!" The new trainee whistled in shock.

Eric was confused.

"His name is Chen Yifan but he called himself Stefan. He's a lot like you, born Taiwan raised in America with a wealthy family of his own." Sooman introduced himself.

"I was born in LA sir! I just happened to hop back and forth between LA and Taipei!! Wealthy is an understatement my mom was Taiwan's biggest star in her day!!" Yifan declared offended.

"What are you Nickthereal?" Hsingche said.

"We may share the same background, but Nick's mom is Billie Wang, mine is Irene Yeh and my ain't no nobody he's one of the best photographers in Taiwan with his company and shit!" Yifan said with sass.
