Life improved for Eric ever since he met Xuanyi. The fact she shared the same heritage from him made Eric realize that he wasn't alone. He started to improve his academics. He found newfound motivation in life, to embrace his heritage and find connections between his people and Korean people, ultimately eliminating tgsr stigma against Chinese people.
While Eric was studying, the Chinese line of EXO were practicing for a brand new song produced by Taiwanese artists. The named Sooman proposed was scrapped in favor of EXO-M Spexial. A name that showscases all their talents. They were giving a cleaner look wearing nothing but dark clothes for the main concept and all white for the other.
