Giyuu's PoV💙🌊:

The alarm clock rang in my ear, practically screeching.

I got up and groaned, dragging myself out of bed. I was definitely NOT a morning person, I was always really tired, and my hair always got messy, no matter what I did.

I then remembered that I had my first day at my new school, and a wave of anxiety came over me.

What if I'm late, on my first day? Or what if they don't like me, or think I'm weird, like the students at my last school? What if-

A crash came from downstairs, so I got ready as quickly as I could, and immediately came downstairs to see what it was.

It was my older sister, Tsutako, busily rushing around the kitchen. I saw her trying to clean up the shards of a broken bowl, so I ran over to her to help.

Tsutako worked late shifts, so she always came home late from work. She looked really tired, and I saw bags under her eyes.

"Nee-san! Take a break! You look so tired!" I said to her.

She looked up at me and smiled, and then said, "I know, I know, I'm sorry. I just wanted to make you a special breakfast, since it's your first day at this school!"

Oh, Nee-san, you don't need to work this hard for me. I thought to myself sadly.

"It's fine Nee-san. Maybe we can go out somewhere on the weekend! Does that sound fun? But, right now, please get some rest!" I said to her.

She paused for a few moments, before finally responding, "Oh, alright. But please do have something healthy and nutritious!"

I gave her a big hug and saw her slowly walk to the couch. Right as she got there, she flopped onto it and instantly fell asleep.

I smiled at her before making myself a quick breakfast and heading out the door. Luckily, my new school was close to where I lived.

Once I got there, I looked around and noticed Tanjiro and his sister, Nezuko, talking to each other. I remembered that they were new here, too.

I recalled the day I met them, about a month ago.

They were on their way home from a park, but they got lost on the way because of all of the snow. They asked me for directions, and I helped walk them home.

They were the first friends I'd made here.

I turned my attention back to the school. It was massive, with many students still walking into the school.

Oh shoot, right. I realized. It's going to take me a long time to find my classes.

I then noticed that there were a lot less students entering the school than there were earlier. I quickly ran inside, hoping I wasn't late.

Once I entered, I silently gasped at how big this place was. Sure, it was big on the outside, but on the inside, it was ginormous!

I looked around everywhere. How would I manage to find all my classes, let alone my homeroom!?

I sighed, quickly looking around for any clues. But I think I ended up more lost than I was to begin with.

I knew I was going to have to ask someone, and soon.

My eyes settled on an excited looking girl with pink and green hair and a bright smile, putting away a few things in her locker.

Hmm. She looks nice. I thought to myself.

I slowly walked up to her, not sure what to say.

"U-um, e-excuse me, but do happen to have any idea where I can get my schedule?" I asked her.

She quickly turned around, surprised, but then gave me a large smile.

Man, I wish people would smile at me like that all the time. I thought.

"Oh, hello! You must be one of the new students, correct?" she asked me kindly.

I nodded to her. "Yes. I was wondering where I can get my schedule, please?"

"Of course!" she replied. "I can help take you there, if you'd like!"

"That would be lovely, thank you." I said to her.

"Well, come on then! Don't want to be late for your first class!" she said to me, practically dragging me to the principal's office.

                                                            *Timeskip*

Okay, I was officially exhausted.

This school was massive, and with each turn I took I felt as if I was getting farther away from my classes, not closer.

It was right after lunch, and I was currently looking for where they were teaching history. Not that I was all that interested in it, I just didn't want to be late to any of my classes on my first day of school.

Nobody was left in the hallways, which worried me a lot. How late was I?! At this point I was almost running, trying to find what I was looking for.

It wasn't until it was too late that I noticed a someone walking from one hallway to another, before I accidentally crashed into them.
