Slight trigger warning
Harlem Santino
The dull sound of music bumping two doors down bleed through the thin walls of Harlem's dorm. Smacking his lips Harlem slowly rolled over onto his stomach cracking his eyes open in the dimly lit room.
His head throbbed from the tightness of his durag, Capri had sent him off with a fresh set of cornrows. Harlem knew he needed to stretch them out as long as possible especially with him practicing and conditioning so frequently. Yawning, the lightskinned man set up reaching over to pick up his phone and quickly FaceTimed Capri.
After about 4 rings Capri picked up with a sleep frown itched onto his face. Lips pouted and silky smooth skin indented with sleep lines Harlem couldn't help his own sleepy smile seeing his man.
"Good morning, pa." Capri blinked a couple of times before laying his head down with his phone propped up against his other pillow.
"Mornin' whatchu up so early fa?" Capri whispered letting Harlem know that Sonnet probably slept in bed with him last night. Slowly forcing himself out his bed Harlem stretched letting out a low moan as he did before turning and picking up his phone.
"I got practice at 8:45, then I'm probably gonna chill with some of my boys after for breakfast." Harlem hummed while gathering his shower caddy so he could go handle his hygiene before getting dressed. Grabbing his keys Harlem dragged his feet to his suit's bathroom.
The sink in a small nook next outside of the shower and toilet. Carefully propping Capri up Harlem made quick work of washing his face and brushing his teeth. After finishing both he slathered a bit of shea butter into his palm before carefully rubbing it into his skin.
"You so fine, nigga." Capri whispered staring intently into the camera making Harlem chuckle a bit and his ears turn a light shade of red. "Yo yella' ass turning red." Cap smiled tucking his bottom lip into his mouth.
If the truth was told he'd been having withdraws. Going from seeing Harlem every second of everyday to only being able to see and hear his voice over FaceTime or a call wasn't enough for Capri.
"Thank you, pa. Whatchu got planned for today?" Harlem smiled gathering his stuff to go back into his room before one of his roommates decided to come see who he was talking to. Propping Capri up, Harlem quickly began to strip then tug on his workout gear.
"Sonnet got a doctors appointment in an hour, we gon be down 'n out the whole day I can already tell. That boy can't stand them people." Capri shook his head. A bunch of noice came from his end meaning he must have gotten up leaving the phone for a second.
Readjusting his durag, Harlem shrugged his bag over his shoulder and slid his Beats headphones over his ears.
"Lil man is gon cut a fool, I'm deadass excited for practice I ain't seen my boys in so long. Been busy being a family man." Harlem teased glanced down after Capri came back into the camera. He was now sporting one of Harlem's jackets, the first one he ever stole actually.
"Oh you finna go be a hoe now?" Capri's left brow cocked up his big lips pouting for a second before relaxing. Capri already know that Harlem knew he'd be in his Honda the second Harlem tried to act up.
"Ain't nobody finna be no hoe, I just miss my boys and playin' ball. I haven't done it in forever it seem like." Harlem laughed a little exciting out his dorm building and into the already humid air.
A small coating his lips as he glanced down at Cap, the morning sun kissing his moisturized skin creating a beautifully perfect golden glow across his face. Capri groaned rolling his eyes making Harlem laugh again.
