Hello everyone! Recently over the thanksgiving holiday week I've been experiencing heavy family drama that is very unneeded and stressful for me, and due to that I've been gone a bit. Not gonna go into details but thats kinda why.

Also: I recently found out there's an infestation in my house and now I have to get rid of it because it's driving me coo-coo bananas😭😭

But for now to make up for it: Older (+some other) Leon Head canons!!

1): Leon is a very simple man, he wants some Jack at the end of his day (or mission) and if he has a partner (will be you by the end of this book.. lucky mf..) he would wanna spend a night just holding them. He doesn't like to admit it, and doesn't like it from many people (you're an exception tho), but Leon loves physical intimacy. He likes to hold you to sleep at night, it helps him feel like even in sleep, he's protecting you in some way.

2): Leon, in my opinion, is a cat person. Now look, younger (rookie) Leon is totally a dog person, I get it. But older Leon? Definitely likes cats. They're more independent than dogs, they don't make as much noise as dogs, and they kinda match his energy. (Especially his cat, Casket)

3): As a baby and toddler, Leon was fascinated with toy cars and motorcycles. His father would often joke about him becoming some sort of mechanic or a racer..

4) Leon, from the DI and Vendetta movie, strike me as southern. As a person from the south myself, when I heard that man say "here boy, come on!" I almost DIEDDDDD.. the accent was so there. And in DI when he was like "I ain't stopping to count!" Yeah, our man is southern as FVCKKK. I feel like he grew up in the south (pick your own location) but he gives me Mississippi vibes personally to be so fr with you. Don't know, just does. I feel like people used to pick on him about his accent, so he tried to hide it, but in moments of high stress or any sort of emotion; it can come out. (It happens to me a LOTTT)

5) Leon has been to A.A. He's still drinks but, he tries to lesson it. It's kinda like he's weening himself off the substance just a bit, but it's hard for him to with the mental state he's in constantly. It's an endless cycle of seeing messed up shit and then drowning yourself in liquor to forget, it's a sad life, but for now it's Leon's life. He's made it to about four weeks before, which was the longest he'd been without alcohol since he started drinking, unfortunately he broke his sobriety and felt so ashamed he didn't go back to A.A. He still thinks about the people he met there, and wonders how they're doing.

6): Leon is a sweetheart when it comes to children and animals, he just doesn't exactly know how to handle children. They're just as complicated and emotional as he is, yet so simple that he can't understand. Apart of me feels like he once had a dream of becoming a family man, two or three kids with a beautiful partner. But with his job now, he hasn't thought of that dream in ages. He, in fact, feels as though it would be dangerous and selfish for him to start a family now.

Bonus: How Leon got Casket‼️💕

Leon was in a bar, drinking his usual whiskey, neat. That was until this loud mouth asshole next to him was ranting on and on to the bartender about his life, clearly very overly intoxicated.

Leon rolled his eyes at this man, and noticed the Bartender's uncomfortable expression. He didn't know what to do, so he kept drinking.

Soon, the asshole vomited. It was the most unearthly and disgusting smell known to man, and many of the patrons left the bar, the asshole included.

Leon, being used to terrible smells, finished off his drink, and placed his cash on the counter, leaving a 60$ tip as well.

The bartender looked shocked, but accepted it as Leon walked out, feeling like he did something nice today.

As he passed by an alleyway, he heard the sound of meowing in it.

Against his better judgment, he walked into the alley and found a little kitten, stranded and alone. The kitten was so adorable, so helpless.

It reminded Leon of himself, when he was orphaned all those years ago.

He couldn't find it in his heart to leave the poor kitty there.

"Hey little guy," Leon started as he lowered his hands to the kitten.

The kitten meowed and flinched, seeming scared.

"Shh.. shh.. I'm not gonna hurt ya' bud. I'm gonna take good care of ya', alright?" He left his hand out for the kitten to smell him.

The kitten obliged, smelling his hand and then after a while, nuzzling it.

Leon picked up the kitten, walking away with it in his arms, cuddling up to his chest and purring.

Leon since that day, had a new furry friend: Casket.
