Chapter 7

Justin's POV

Focused....I'm focused I hummed to myself

I was sat at home bored with my mom

"Justin what's wrong with you" she sighed

"nothing" I replied

"You're my son, I know when something's up. What's wrong"

"It's just..well..I like this girl but I was trying to act like I didn't so at that party I kissed another girl but it turns out the girl I like liked me as well but now she won't even speak to me" I sighed

"Well Justin you shouldn't have kissed the other girl and as for the girl you like, which I know is Ariana, you need to give her some time she might come around and if not you'll have learnt your lesson" she smiled

"Thanks Mom, that helped a lot" I said leaning in to hug her

Ariana's POV

Me, Frankie, Ash and Frankie's friend Tyler had just pulled up to the party I wasn't sure if they would let me and Ashley in because we're only 17 but Tyler knew the doorman

As we walked in there was an immediate smell of alcohol and people dancing all around it instantly made me feel better

"I'm gonna go get a drink" I told them over the music

I walked over to bar and sat down on a stool I must've been daydreaming because the barman was waving his hand in front of my face

"Helloooo?" he said

"Oh shit I'm sorry" I jumped biting my lip

"It's fine" he laughed showing his dimple

"What can I get you?" he asked

"I'll have a vodka and coke please"

"coming right up" he smiled

I couldn't help but check him out, he was really attractive he had blonde hair in a quiff and a bunch of tattoos all the way down his arm

"Here you go" he smiled

"Thanks" I smiled reaching in my purse

He stopped me

"Don't worry about it, you can pay me back by giving me your number" he smirked

"Wow very smooth" I laughed

I wrote down my number on a napkin and handed it to him

"Wait what's your name?" he asked

"Ariana, yours" I replied

"Lewis" he smiled

"Well make sure you call me Lewis" I winked

"don't worry I will!" he yelled over the music

It felt good to speak to someone, and he was so so hot. Justin who?

I walked back over to Ashley and we carried on drinking and dancing all night. Before we knew it it was 12am and we thought it'd be best to go home. I wasn't drunk, just tipsy

We all piled put the taxi and into the house, Ashley and Tyler were staying the night

"Night Ari. Night Ashley" Frankie yelled from downstairs

We said goodnight back and began taking our make up off

"So meet any cute guys" Ashley smirked as she wiped her foundation off

"I did actually and he's so hot. Like unbelievably hot" I smirked

"Damn Ari! you just don't know how to stop pulling these guys" she laughed

"Did he make the move or did you?" she carried on

"He did. I was getting my money out to pay and he said it was on the house and I could pay him with my number" I smiled just thinking about it

"Yasssss Ari! he's got you whipped already" she grinned

"He really has" I laughed "Justin who?" I smirked

"Aw Ari don't be like that I know he was a jerk but he really likes you, maybe you should give him another chance?" she replied looking straight into my eyes

I sighed and thought about it for a minute. He only kissed her because he was jealous of me and Chuck and in a way that was cute - but it still doesn't change the fact that he has sex with girls and doesn't speak to them again. I'm just not one of them girls even if it seems that way

"Ari?" she snapped, pulling me out my thoughts

"Right. No. I guess we could be friends but I don't trust him anymore and everyone's been telling me things about him, even if it's just because they're jealous but if so many people say it it's gotta be true" I explained

"I know what you mean Ari, but seriously I don't think he's ever acted like this towards a girl since his ex Selena, she moved to England and it broke him that's why he acts the way he does. He really likes you I know it" she sighed

"I'm sure he'll get over me.." I said biting on my lip

"You're to hot to get over" she laughed

"Why thankyou" I smirked flipping my hair

She just laughed and we jumped into bed. I plugged my headphones in and put The Weeknd's album on. Something about his voice makes me feel so relaxed.

After a couple of minutes my phone lit up with a number I'd never seen before

Promised I'd call you but a text is good enough right? Lewis x

I couldn't stop myself from smiling

I guess a text will do x

I replied

So tell me about yourself, Ariana x

To: Lewis

um I'm 17, in my senior year, i really like parties that's about it, and you x

I'm 19, I'm at college studying law and I work at the bar, that's really it x

A college boy, and you're cute. You're doing well x

I couldn't help but laugh at him

There was something about him I really liked, I switched my music off and went to sleep thinking about him
