One Night Stand (Jariana)

Chapter 28

Justin's POV

I can't believe she broke up with me. Her words wouldn't stop running through my mind. I gave her everything I loved her so much and it all ended so quickly. Things were going so perfectly I don't understand how it all changed

I sat in my car and cried. I've never cried over a girl before, not even when Selena left but she wasn't just any girl. Everything about her made me smile, the way her dimples show when she giggles or the way she furrows her eyebrows when she's concentrating and her laugh...her laugh was my favourite thing it was so infectious but now it's all gone because it was a game to her she never loved me.

I sighed wiping my tears away before driving home, I went straight to my bedroom and sat on my bed. I switched my phone on showing a picture of me and Ariana which was my lockscreen. I sighed at the sight and went to my settings and changed it.

There's more to the reason she broke up with me because that's not the reason. I feel like the reason she did it was because she was fed up of people trying to ruin our relationship, I just needed to find out who was behind it all and figure something out but then again what's the point? she doesn't love me.

Ashley's POV

I walked up to Ariana's door and knocked on. She hadn't been answering my calls or my texts and there was definitely something wrong. I waited a couple of minutes before Frankie opened up, he didn't look his usual cheery self

"Hey Ashley" he sighed

"Hi is uh Ariana in?" I asked

"Yeah she's upstairs, she's been up there since yesterday and she won't come out or stop crying" he said rubbing his forehead

"Why not?" I replied confused. Why was she crying had something happened?

"Don't you know? she broke up with Justin"

"What? since when, why?" I said in shock

"I don't know...you'll have to ask her I can't even get her to talk to me. The most she'll say is "go away""

"I'll try and get her talking" I nodded before running upstairs to her room. I knocked once before stepping inside

She was wrapped in her covers, tissues everywhere. It was a mess. It was like when the teenage girl goes through the hard break up in movies it was so cliché. I dropped my bag to the floor and walked over to her bed and sat down

"Ariana" I said

She just groaned

"Ariana" I repeated

Silence

"You asked for this" I sighed before pulling the covers off of her

She sat up, her face wet with tears and her hair in 20 different places

"you're a mess" I said cracking a small smile "how come you and Justin broke up?" I asked

She just looked at me blankly

"You need to talk to me b-" I started but she interrupted me

"I broke up with him" she whispered

"What the hell, why?" I said staring straight back at her. Two days ago she told me how much she loved him and now she's broken up with him?

"because I-I" she shook her head "because I don't love him" she replied blankly

I just laughed

"Why're you laughing" she asked

"because you said you don't love Justin...that's absolute rubbish" I laughed again "Tell me the real reason Ariana"

"I can't" she replied

"Yes you can Ari, I'm not gonna judge you. You know you can trust me" I said moving closer to her

she looked at me and took a deep breath before speaking

"Um well the other day I um went for a drive to clear my head and um my phone was ringing so I took my eyes off of the road and looked for it but I uh" she had tears filling her eyes

"You can tell me" I whispered

"I hit something and I got out of the car and it was a person. I panicked and I just left the person there and drove off" she said her voice cracking "I didn't think anyone saw me but um yesterday Selena and Carson came round and Carson saw me leave and they told me that if I didn't break up with Justin that they'd go to the police" she said twiddling her fingers letting a few tears fall

"Oh god Ari what have you go yourself into" I sighed hugging her "Why didn't you just tell Justin that?"

"I couldn't...they'd probably go to the police if I told him. They said I had to tell him I didn't love him and it was all a game, you should've seen his face. It hurts so bad because I love him so much and now he probably hates me" she replied, tears threatening to spill

"We'll figure something out but you can't sit here crying. You need to get changed and sort yourself out" I said wiping her eyes

"Ok" she nodded getting out of her bed

I waited outside of her room for her to get changed. She needed to get out and I needed to speak to Justin, I pulled my phone out of my bra and sent him a text

To: Justin (sent at 2:51pm)

I heard about you and Ariana. I need to speak to you

From: Justin (sent at 2:52pm)

There's nothing to talk about. She doesn't care and she never loved me.

I sighed at his reply. I wanted to tell him but I wouldn't put it past Selena and Carson go straight to the police if Justin found out

To: Justin (sent at 2:58pm)

That's not true and you know it. She's been crying over you and she hasn't left her room.

From: Justin (sent at 3:00pm)

She's the one who broke up with me.

I began to reply but Ariana came out of her room. I put my phone back into my pocket before standing up

"You look better" I smiled

We walked downstairs to Frankie

"You're out of bed" he said smiling a little

"Yeah she forced me so..." Ariana replied smiling a bit

"I saw that smile, it's a start" I winked

"I've got some good news actually, you're no longer suspended mom called the school you just have detention after school for 2 weeks" Frankie explained

"Oh thank god I don't know what I'd do without you" I said breathing a sigh of relief

"I Kinda wish I was suspended so I don't have to face...him" she said softly

"let's not think about that and just go out for" I nodded

"Ok" she replied

I needed to get Ariana back to herself and fast.

This is boring af I know but the next chapter will be more interesting because Ariana and Justin will see each other
