"Thank you Shawn for going to the store, I don't know how I forgot the celery for the cornbread dressing."  He sets the bag down. "It's no problem at all. Where is Storm?" I blush walking in. I'm wearing a crop top sweater with a face of a dog and a black skater skirt with thigh highs on. "Hey." I say to him. He turns around and his jaw almost dropped. "Storm you look... you look great." I smile. "Thanks." His eyes continued to stare at my body. "We should talk upstairs." My heart pounds in my chest, it's the exact same words Jackson told before he hit me. "Storm?" I go upstairs ignoring his call. I hear his foot steps following behind, once I made it to my room Shawn close the door and locks it. Before I could say anything he crash his lips against mine. He kiss my neck picking me up in the process. "You look so good in that skirt." He lays me on the bed and gets between my legs. "Shawn!" I moan, he nips at my neck grinding himself into me. His hands squeeze my thighs firmly before sliding my skirt up. He groans, I could feel his erection rubbing against me roughly. "Wait, wait." I press my hands on his chest. "Shawn!" I slap him. His curls fall in his face. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry." He wipes my tears. "It's ok, it's ok." He kiss my forehead then my lips again. "You're not ready yet, I understand." He helps me up off the bed. "Your ass looks great in that skirt by the way." I blush. "Tha-thanks." Jackson never complimented me on anything. It's weird having someone besides my parents compliment me. "We should get back downstairs before your dad wonders where we're both at." He fix my skirt for me and kiss my cheek. "Your ass looks good in that skirt." I blush, Jackson never complimented me about anything instead he made fun of me or insult me about the way I look. But, Shawn doesn't. "You have curves all in the right places." My face heats up at his words. What do I say after that comment? "Shawn, stop, you're embarrassing me." He chuckles. "You are cute."

We make it back downstairs. "There you two are!" Karen hops off the couch with open arms. "There goes my baby boy!" Shawn's cheeks turn slightly pink. "Hi mom." Manuel hugs me. "You grown so much since the last time we saw you. You remember Aaliyah?" I nod. Aaliyah waves and I wave back. Aaliyah motions me to sit next to her and I do. "Your mom told us what happened, are you ok?" I always saw Aaliyah as my big sister we're pretty close. "Yea I'm ok." She scoots closer and smells me. I lean back confused as to why she is smelling me like a dog. "You smell like Shawn." I blush. "I...uhm..." her eyes widen and I quickly shake my head to keep her quiet. She grabs my hand and drags me off the couch. "Where are you two going?" Karen asks with a cocked eyebrow. "To Storm's room so we can talk." We get upstairs to my room and she shuts the door. "You're dating my brother! Oh my god! This is amazing!" I tilt my head. "How? Shawn dated before." She shakes her head. "Shawn was a player he never settled down with one woman. You're the first, mom and dad have been waiting for years for him to settle down. He must really like you if he's leaving love bites all over you." I quickly cover neck, I can't believe I didn't notice, when did he leave them? "It's not just the hickeys, it's the way he's acting with your parents, even though they known each other for a long time he still wants to impress them for your sake."

Dinner was ready and we all sit at the table, of course Shawn sat next to me and dad or his parents don't question it. "So, Storm how is school going for you? Now that your bully and ex is out the picture." I tense, I feel Shawn's hand rest on my thigh rubbing gentle circles. "It's ok, a few of my classmates still hate me and pick on me. Shawn stops it as much as he can but, there's only so much he can do." Thankfully the subject was quickly changed thanks to Shawn. "I saw Cameron, Gilinsky and Johnson last week they performed at the music festival." Mom passes me the gravy. "Oh, how are they doing? We haven't seen them in a while." Shawn drinks some of his beer. His hand on my thigh rubs back and forth soothingly. "They're the same as always they flirted with Storm for a bit but I told them to back off. They were making her uncomfortable." Manuel smiles. "Well, who can blame them she's a pretty little thing, too bad you can't date her, you two would be perfect for each other." Shawn looks down at his plate squeezing my thigh. "Yeah...yeah, we probably would if she was my age."

After dinner everyone went home and Shawn wanted me to stay at his place for the weekend. My mom of course allowed it. "How did you like the dinner?" I lay in his bed comfortably watching him undress. "It was good, did you like it?" Now he's in nothing but his underwear. "Yea, I did. Will you be ok tonight? I know how often you have nightmares about that day, about them." I nod. "I should be ok." He slides on beside and holds me close. "Good, but, if you do, I'm always here beside you." He kiss my lips, his legs entangle with mine as he moves hips into mine. "Shawn, I'm not-" he cuts me off with another kiss this time his tongue slips into my mouth. He hums and pull away. "I know, hopefully one day you will be." He turns the lamp off and we both fall asleep in each other's arms.
