"My name is Freddy." He nodded, continuing to watch the fox work.

He discarded Bonnie's now torn, bloody shirt to work on his back injuries. He poured alcohol on a rag and started cleaning the injury site. It was a good thing the bunny was not awake. Otherwise, he would be feeling extreme pain.

"I'm not sure why he is unconscious..." Freddy thought out loud. Foxy hummed while he finished the cleaning and picked up the wrap to cover the injury.

"Ye' said he was beaten and whipped. It could've been a lot of things. He could've passed out from the pain, from blood loss, fear, or he could've sustained a head injury." He responded.

Freddy nodded in understanding. The explanation made sense.

When Foxy was finished, he placed a bottle on the bedside table and packed the supplies again.

"When he wakes up, give 'em a shot of the bottle on the table. It be' morphine for the pain."

Freddy noticed there were still bruises scattering the bunny's body.

"What about the other injuries...?" Freddy asked.

"I can't do nothin' about those. They'll go away on their own." He responded, leaving the room again.

Freddy stood up and knelt down on the ground by the bed to get a better look at Bonnie. Despite being unconscious, he still had a pained expression on his face. The bear continued gently stroking his head.

A few minutes later, Bonnie opened his eyes. As soon as he woke up, he winced and teared up in pain. Freddy lowered his paw to caress his cheek softly.

Bonnie stared in confusion before he realized. He shakily pushed himself to sit up and stared at Freddy in shock.

"Y-you... helped me...?"

The bear could not help but tear up in relief. He leaned forward to pull Bonnie into an embrace, being mindful of his back.

"I'm sorry! I-I know you told me not to interfere, but... I couldn't! I just couldn't!" He cried.

Bonnie quickly pulled him in as well and hushed him reassuringly.

"I-it's okay, but... what's going to happen to you??" He pulled away.

"You're a fugative now, Freddy! You can't go home..."

The bear nodded hesitantly. He, admittedly, did not think this plan through very well.

"Well... I don't think I could return to that life anyway..."

He hooked his finger under Bonnie's chin and smiled.

"I'd rather die an outlaw by your side... than live a hundred years without you."

Bonnie teared up himself and smiled. He leaned in rather suddenly and pulled Freddy into a passionate kiss. Although caught off guard, he was quick to return it.

When they broke away again, Bonnie winced and bent his back painfully, so Freddy prepared the morphine for him.

Bonnie downed the shot and glanced around his surroundings. "W-where are we...?"

"I got help from a fellow pirate. We're hiding here." Freddy reassured. He expected Bonnie to be relieved, but instead, he glanced at Freddy with wide eyes and furrowed brows.

"A pirate?!" He exclaimed.

Freddy nodded hesitantly, clearly confused.

"Yes...? He offered to help."

Bonnie buried his face in his paws, frustrated.

"You can't trust pirates like that, Freddy! That's how I was abducted in the first place-" he panicked.
