Foxy burst through the door a second later.

"We need to get back and guard the ship!" He scowled.

Freddy quickly helped Bonnie out of bed. "Where is Roxanne and Cassandra??"

Foxy hurried to leave again. "I'm already bringing them back! The two of ye' need to hurry yer' asses!"

Bonnie glanced at Freddy fearfully, so the bear held him tighter.

"Stay close to me. I won't let anything happen." He whispered.

Bonnie nodded and hugged his torso tightly. Freddy hesitated a moment longer before they hurried out through the burning village.

It was a horrific sight he had only seen once before. Hundreds of innocent villagers running for their lives while their homes and livelihood were burned to the ground. Pirates showed no mercy for anyone.

Freddy was already seeing bodies strewn around the ground. It made him panic. He held Bonnie even closer to him and tried running faster, but the bunny could not move very quickly now.

Unfortunately, he was stopped by four of the pirates who surrounded them. They held each other tighter, and Bonnie kept a protective arm over his stomach.

One of the pirates gave them an odd look. He used one arm to take a folded paper from his bag and unrolled it, glancing between them and the paper. He held the paper up to his men, which appeared to be another 'Wanted' poster for Bonnie. He pointed his sword to the now fearful bunny.

"He has a high bounty on him. Dead or alive." He turned left and right to the others while crumbling and dropping the paper.

He glanced back at Freddy and Bonnie cruelly.

"So bring him back dead or alive."

Freddy unsheated his sword and pulled Bonnie behind him to confront the pirates. They quickly advanced on him.

Freddy was caught fighting off two of them, which left an opening for one of them to get to the bunny. They grabbed Bonnie by the wrist and pulled him forward forcfully.

Normally, Bonnie would have had no problem beating these men. But now he was weaker, and he had to focus on protecting the baby. He was defenseless now.

Bonnie cried out and kicked him in the leg. He stumbled for a moment, and the bunny was freed from his grasp.

"Bonnie, run!" Freddy yelled. The bunny refused to leave and tried running over to help Freddy. He was caught by the collar and thrown to the ground on his back.

Freddy just finished off one of them and rushed to save Bonnie, but the remaining pirate attacked him again.

Freddy could see from the corner of his eye as the pirate pinned Bonnie down and held his throat tightly, restricting his breathing. The bunny was choking and struggling under his weight as he tried in vain to push the man off with his paws.

By the time Freddy was finally victorious, he sustained a stab wound to his side. It made him dizzy and disoriented. Even then, he still rushed over to Bonnie, who's movment was growing weaker and slower as his throat was still restricted.

The bear shoved the aggressor off and pinned him, holding the blade to his throat in rage. He was so infuriated with the pirate that he finished him off instead of letting him flee.

When he made sure the pirate was dead, he crawled back over to Bonnie as the bunny sat up and coughed, holding his throat.

"Are you alright?!" Freddy asked in worry, holding his cheeks and checking him over. Bonnie nodded, much to Freddy's relief. He pulled the bunny in and held him close for a second before he remembered the situation they were in.
