"UNO" Nicole yelled putting down her last card as Jada and Kiara sighed in frustration. The girl had managed two win 6 games.

"You gotta be cheating" Jada sighed collecting all the cards to reshuffle them again. "Never" Nicole smirked taking a sip of her lemonade.

"Do you girls want anything to snack on?" Nicole's mother asked, entering the kitchen where the three were seated at the dining table.

"No, thank you," Jada shook her head, smiling at the lady. "Alright then, me and Anthony are going for our check-up. We'll be back later on," Nicole's mother explained, referring to Nicole's stepfather as she gently rubbed her belly, now seven months pregnant.

"Good luck" Kiara smiled waving bye. As the three continued to play.

"How are you and Ashtray" Kiara asked placing down a card. "We got into a little fight a few days ago" Jada scoffed remembering what had happened.

"What happened" Nicole eagerly asked standing up to refill her lemonade.

"We were watching a movie and he kept on getting texts from someone, so I asked him nicely to pick it up and he didn't want to then he said something that I didn't take easily so I left in frustration "

Jada explained as the two listened. "I honestly don't blame you I would've done the same thing" Nicole shrugged as Kiara nodded in agreement.

"Cause no man would ever get a chance to disrespect me like that" Nicole sniggered along with the two as she poured some more lemonade for the two.

"I change the color to red" Kiara said as she put one of her cards down seeing a smug smile plastered onto Nicole's face at her turn.

"UNO" Nicole yelled winning her seventh round as she stood up to do her signature victory dance.

"I knew you were gonna win" Jada sighed as she gave up on the game. "No more uno for a month" Kiara sighed as Jada agreed with her glancing over at the happy girl who danced around.

"Thank you for the ride" Jada said waving bye at Nicole's mother as she walked up her driveway unlocking her door.

"Hi honey" her mum said as she stood in the kitchen making dinner with her aunt as her little cousin watched 'Sofia the first' on the tv.

"Hi, it smells really good," the curly-haired girl remarked, taking her shoes off as she walked into the kitchen to see what was cooking.

"Damn that looks good" the girl said causing the two adults to laugh. "Set the table please" her aunt asked as she took out the place mats, cutlery, glasses and plates placing them on the table.

"Is dad working late today?" Jada asked receiving a nod from her mum as her cousin came running into her arms.

"Hi jj" Kacy cheesed hugging her big cousin.
"Hey Kacy" Jada said hugging her back.

"Go wash your hand Kacy dinners almost ready" her mother said as the girl ran towards the bathroom.

Jada then made her way upstairs to her room, looking down at her phone as she opened her door. Looking up from her phone, she found a basket on her bed filled with items that made her heart melt in awe.

Closing the door behind her she rushed up to it seeing a note from ashtray reading.

"I'm sorry for what I said, I didn't mean it like that in any way, i don't know if this is gonna help you wanna talk to me. I hope it does, I love you."
The note read ending with two hearts.

She put the note aside looking through the basket.
There was a Dior lip oil, the miss Dior perfume. Two pink face masks, a vanilla bean scented candle and a Hermes pink bracelet.

"What the fuck" Jada gasped widening her eyes she immediately took out her phone typing a "thank you" with red hearts to the boy.

She then sent the message receiving a call immediately from him. "Ashtray you really didn't have to do that" the girl sighed feeling bad about him buying such expensive things for her.

"I wanted to" the boy smiled over the phone.
"Can I come over". "sure" Jada smiled hanging up as she took the basket and placed it by her vanity still in awe.

She almost immediately heard a nock on her window as she furrowed her eyebrows seeing ashtray, then opening it up.

"You know you could have used the door like a normal person" Jada sarcastically said as he climbed in.

"Aight so, I blocked Samantha a while ago ion know how the fuck that bitch got my number but it was her who was calling me and texting me. So I changed my number" the boy ranted in one breath as Jada stood there in a bit of a shock.

"Okay, uhh first off all don't call her a bitch" the girl said a bit taken back still in shock.

"My bad" ashtray mumbled. "sit down" she told the boy as she closed her window.

"Then why didn't you just show me the phone back then"

"Cause I didn't want you to be mad" Ashtray explained making Jada nod knowing she would have been pissed either way.

The girl was just happy to be next to her boyfriend at the moment. She wrapped herself in her blankets as ashtray took his hoodie of jumping in.

"Let me pray that my mum doesn't find us like this" Jada muttered into ashtrays chest as he chuckled.
