I come down to breakfast with a smile. Bunny looks at me curiously. "What's got you so happy?"

"Nothing," I reply.

"It wasn't because you were making googly eyes at Jules Park last night?"

I stop dead in my tracks. "How did you know that?"

 "How did you know that?"

"I know everything." She smiles, she likes having stuff over people. Some would say that's a character flaw, she considers it a strength.

"Then who's my secret admirer?"

"I already told you this, it's Dubby. But you could do worse than Jules." I don't think she's right though, about any of it. Dubby would be acting differently if it were him. And Jules isn't going to go for me. I think he might genuinely be an undercover K-pop star who's hiding from his fame. Do I really need to get mixed up in that? Nope. I don't need a bunch of crazy fangirls and boys hating me.

Bunny saying how she saw me with Jules makes my heart kick, because it's just another reminder that it really happened. I'm not even going to bring his jacket with me to give it back to him. That way he has to come to me. It's smart thinking, it's incentive.

I feel excited to tell Dubby all about it, like reliving it all over again. But I'm not sure what this will do to Dubby's heart. Yet, it's not my fault if he's secretly in love with me. That's something he needs to share if he wants me to take it into consideration. That's logic, but emotions aren't governed by the rules of society.

Dubby picks me and Bunny up to take us to school. I'm in the passenger side like always. I can't help smiling as we pass Jules's house on the street.

"You tell him yet, Francis?" Bunny blurts out

"You tell him yet, Francis?" Bunny blurts out. She has a cute name, and maybe she's also cute by nature, by my gosh she has some blunt mouth.

"Bunny!" I exclaim.

Dubby just looks at me. "What's going on? Is it the new clue?"

"No, it's nothing really. Just that last night -" I drag it out like no big deal, "I went to find you to talk about things, but I bumped into Jules Park."
