November 15th. Today's the day that Five arrives.

I was washing some of the clothes I had been wearing while humming quietly to myself behind the couch. I was wearing a white blouse and a black skirt with tights underneath and the same blazer that I've been wearing randomly everyday for the last two weeks.

I thought that the lack of modern technology would have stressed me out while stuck sixty years in the past, but Elliott was plenty of entertainment with his crazy alien theories.

I was folding my clothes and putting them in the box, acting as though my heart didn't start beating out of my chest the moment that someone knocked on the door.

Elliott went to go answer it before slamming it a moment later, followed by a whooshing sound and the man's screams. I glanced over to see a familiar green-eyed boy in uniform smirking while Elliott stumbled around in shock.

"How'd you do that?!"

"I don't really have time to explain," Five said with a forced smile.

"You from the Pentagon? Huh?"

"Definitely not."

I held in my laughter to the best of my abilities while Elliott continued to guess where the boy came from. He continuously ignored the man, opting to grab a cup of coffee before taking a sip and humming in approval.

"Is this Colombian?"

Dramatic entrance is a go.

"Actually, it's his own blend." I said with a small smile, stepping closer to the two while I twisted to rings on my fingers anxiously. His green eyes snapped toward me, widening the second that they did.

"Shay..." He muttered, slowly setting his coffee cup down on the table and walking closer to me. "You're here."

I grew more nervous the closer he got, my heart beating out of my chest as soon as we were face to face. "Yeah. I'm here, Five."

He then grabbed my shoulders, pulling me into his arms and burying his face into my shoulder. I hugged him back tightly as the tension in my shoulders released.

"I thought you would be gone, since you appeared the last time I time-traveled, I figured you would disappear. But I'm so glad you didn't," he whispered.

I felt my stomach flutter as I hid my giddy smile in his shoulder. "I'm not going anywhere. You're stuck with me, lovely."

He sighed in relief and slowly let go of me, placing his hands back on my shoulders as our eyes met. "It's happening again. A nuclear attack in less than two weeks."

I nodded at him and laid my hands on his. "I know, and you know that I know. Take a deep breath, because I already know where two of your siblings are, okay?"

He listened and took a breath before giving me a tiny smile. "Where have you been my whole life?" He asked rhetorically.

I shrugged with a shit-eating grin. "Probably eating chocolate and listening to Taylor Swift."

Five rolled his eyes and scoffed in amusement before turning to Elliott who was looking between the two of us with a curious look.

"Is this that boy you kept talking about?"

I flushed a little with a sigh. "Yeah. His name is Five Hargreeves." The boy in question turned to me with a cocky smirk.

"You talked about me?"

I rolled my eyes at him and avoided his gaze, marching over to the drawer that held Diego's newspaper clipping. "That's not important. What is important is that I've found Luther and Diego." I handed him the paper, successfully averting his attention.
