The night of the performance came too quickly, and while I was confident I was prepared acting wise, I was terrified to be in front of so many people, much less kissing someone in front of them, in front of my own parents! Nonetheless, I applied my stage makeup, got into costume, and put on a million dollar smile.

Adrien and I were on fire, I forgot all about the audience and just focused on him, allowing myself to go back to our rehearsals, pretending it was just me and him by ourselves.
We kissed, and I think I saw him wink at someone in the crowd.
I snapped back to reality when I heard the cheers and applause. My castmates and I bowed, reveling in our success.
After the play, the whole group went out to a cafe to celebrate. Still in costume, I shivered in the cold winter air.

I noticed Adrien begin to remove his coat before Luka wrapped his around my shoulders in one fluid motion, rubbing my arms to warm me up.

"Wouldn't want you to get a cold, now would we? Luka chuckled, smiling down at me and booping my nose.

"Yeah, it'd be a shame if she got me sick." Adrien winked, earning a hard glare from Luka.

We arrived at the cafe shortly, but Adrien and Luka stayed outside, Luka wanting to have a smoke. (I didn't even know he smoked.) and Adrien offering to stick with him for safety.

Outside

"I didn't know you smoked," Adrien said, looking at the stars.

"I don't." Luka growled, snatching Adrien into an alley and slamming him up against the wall by his collar.

"What the hell? What's your problem?!" Adrien exclaimed, putting his hands on top of Luka's, which were firmly in place.

"You're my problem, now back off of Maybelle. Unless you want me to mess up that pretty face of yours, model boy." Luka sneered, towering over the boy.

"So you think I'm pretty?" Adrien taunted.

Luka scoffed, releasing the blonde's collar and walking off.

Adrien and Luka came in, silently taking their seats.
Luka laid an arm across my shoulder, staring ahead at Adrien with a smirk, who sat across from him.
"Have we ordered yet, Belle?" Luka asked softly, tilting his head down to look at me.

"No, we wanted to wait for you guys, amazing that you don't smell like cigarettes, I hate the smell of those things." I shuddered.

"I'll quit then, princess." He cooed, and I blushed at the sudden nickname.

We all ate and joked, having a nice time. There was a certain energy at the table, but I paid no attention to it. After an hour or two we parted ways, and Luka walked me home. In front of my house, he stopped me.

"Maybelle," he started, taking my hands into his.
"You're such a special girl, I adore our time together."
I smiled, a tinge of pink tainting my cheeks.
Luka's lips curled up at my reaction, squeezing my hands.
"I want you to be mine, Belle." He said softly.
