There are places in my head, memories of the past that hurt to touch.
But I have to. I have to remember, I owe it to all of us. To the survivors and to the fallen ones.I think there was once a girl with ebony hair and ivory skin and she was- what was she?
You have to remember.
Right. She was a warrior. And she fought with her armor and her sword to save her people. What was her name?
Find that memory. Can't you see it?
Her name was Lillian. I used to know her so well that even her shadow had a face. But now the darkness has eaten her up and I can't see her anymore.
Where has she gone?
Where is she hiding?
I think I see her in the woods, running along the trees. I sprint and follow the traces she left behind. Where is she going?
I almost catch her near a bush but she is faster and I lose her again.
I try to call her name, sing her to me. And she listens. She stops and turns around and I see it. She looks at me and we both know.
Our hands touch and we're finally one again.
Do you remember now?
