Chapter starts with Nobara's shower scene
Flashbacks of her past was shown from her last moments in Shibuya 10 years ago, when she woke up from the coma after the final battle in the prequel series, and finally, reuniting with Yuji as an enemy.
Nobara: Damn you, Yuji Itadori! You'll pay for what you've done. 🚿
Sometime later...
Nobara: Tell Atlas to meet up with Yuji Itadori.
Megumi: Right away Commando! (He bows and leaves the room as he tells Atlas to do some transaction deal with Yuji)
Nobara decides to contact Yuji that Atlas will meet him tomorrow in a transaction deal in Tokyo Tower.
Nobara: Itadori, Atlas will meet you and he wants a transaction deal with you at the Tokyo Tower.
Yuji: Sure deal Kugisaki, you better make sure that there's no mess will happen in the deal.
Nobara: Roger that 😈
The next day, Atlas is being accompanied by the Altare goons, meeting up with Yuji and the rest of Jujutsu High teachers and faculties at the Tokyo Tower in order to make a transaction deal with them.
Atlas: What a wonderful day
Yuji: What do you want for us?
Atlas: Commando wants the Altare to join forces with the Jujutsu High so we could end this war once and for all.
Yuji: We refuse, y'all took dozens of lives and you're gonna tell us to join forces with the enemies that easily. No way we're gonna do that!
Atlas: I guess, I have no choice but to dispose y'all right now.
Todo, Momo, and Miwa proceeds to fight Atlas but their attacks are slipping past through him and then, Yuji used Divergent Fist as he hits Atlas thus damaging his soul and he keeps using his CT in order to inflict damage to him.
Apparently, Atlas unleashed his Domain Expansion: Boundless Red Room, making Miwa, Momo, and the rest going crazy and suffering from hallucinations due to the effects of the domain.
Meanwhile, Yuji and Todo are unaffected by the domain's effect because they used Black Flash at least once in their lifetime.
Yuji fights Atlas again inside of his domain and Todo assists Yuji battling the latter.
When Yuji was about to get hit by Atlas, Todo makes the save with his Boogie Woogie CT and they both managed to reach the zone and they both use Black Flash, thus defeating Atlas and drags him to Jujutsu High for interrogation, saving the rest from the domain's effect of hallucinations inside of it.

Plot Points:
•Atlas' CT is warping through time and space. It's the same as Obito's "Kamui" ability where he can slip through objects for several minutes but in the former's case, his CT is weak against soul related CT. His CT can penetrate the target's soul and inflict a damage onto it while attacking the physical body of the specific target similar to Yuji's soul punches.
•Atlas' Domain Expansion is a boundless empty red room where a song is played in a loop "Red is the color of the dead, Red... Red" which makes the target go crazy and suffer from hallucinations within the domain until they are dead.
•The people who are unaffected from Atlas' domain are: Jujutsu Sorcerers that used Black Flash at least once in their lifetime and Heavenly Restriction users that has less to no CE such as Toji and Maki.
•Nobara's shower scene was referenced after Suguru Geto's shower scene in the 5th episode of Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2, where both of them reminiscing about their past before they switched sides.
