Chapter 12: Interrogation (Part 1)

As the Jujutsu High squad arrived in the campus after the failed transaction deal in Tokyo Tower.

They handed Clio, Circe, and Cian onto Hiromi Higuruma, who's now working at Jujutsu High as their representative lawyer and interrogator.

Yuji, Todo, and Maki strapped the captured Altare members onto the chair as Higuruma proceeds to use his Domain Expansion in order to start the interrogation.

Higuruma: Domain Expansion: Deadly Sentencing!!!

Higuruma: Let's start the trial! First, I'll ask you three if you all committed crimes throughout Japan such as: Drug trafficking, smuggling, robbery, terrorism, illegal possession of firearms and drugs, and lastly, murder.

Clio: Yes, we did all of that in order to rule the world. We'll never give more information about us because our loyalty belongs to Altare.

Circe: Your government wiped out my family, I will never surrender myself even if it means costing my life. My loyalty only goes to Altare and Commando herself.

Cian: smirks

Judgeman reads all of the crimes that the three Altare members committed as they wait for the trial result.

Higuruma: Judgeman said, you're all guilty with these series of crimes such as: Drug trafficking, smuggling, robbery, terrorism, illegal possession of firearms and drugs, and lastly, murder.

Higuruma then uses confiscation, temporarily makes it impossible to use cursed techniques, and also confiscated their cursed tools. If the target does not possess an innate technique, the effect switches to preventing the use of cursed energy.

Then Higuruma puts them into a death penalty since they were guilty on all of the crimes they committed.

Confiscation is usually an additional punishment that accompanies another sentence.

First, Confiscation removes the guilty party's ability to use cursed techniques and then grants the user the Executioner's Sword.

Empowered to execute the Death Penalty, the user's gavel transforms into the Executioner's Sword. Without exception, anyone cut by the Executioner's Sword will die immediately.

Clio: You talk too bloody much, ALL FOR ALTARE!!!

Circe: Hmph, you're not getting anything from us. I'll die for Altare even if it means stepping through death's door.

Cian: We swore our pledge to the Altare that we'll protect every confidential information we have and we'll never surrender it to the law.

The three of them: ALL FOR ALTARE!!!

As the three Altare members died as the result of Higuruma's Executioner's Sword, the organization of curse users regressed as Atlas was on a different room being interrogated by Todo.

Plot points:
•Jujutsu High hired Hiromi Higuruma after the prequel series to be their representative lawyer and interrogator. In special exceptions, his CT wasn't stripped after the Culling Game 10 years ago.

•Higuruma is the 3rd member of the new generation of the Jujutsu Higher-ups that was previously mentioned as the unknown member of the Higher-ups in the first chapter.
