After Nobara woke up from being comatose for couple of months. She went into rehab to slowly regain her mobility after she almost died against Mahito in Shibuya.
After 6 months of rehab and regaining her mobility, the Jujutsu High provided a new technological bionic eye to restore her missing left eye after Mahito transfigured and ruined half of her face and the Jujutsu High gave her a reconstructive facial surgery to fix the damage to her face due to the effects of the Idle Transfiguration and they also fixed her damaged eye socket so they could patch up the new bionic eye on her.
After the surgery, Nobara is back to her old appearance and she no longer needed to wear the eye patch to cover up her damaged eye socket.
Nobara: (cries in joy) My old beautiful face is back. Thank you for reconstructing my face Shoko-san.
Shoko: No problem Kugisaki, we did our best to keep you alive for months. Glad you're fully healthy again. You know what, you do remind me of my younger self where we had the same look. I used to have the same short hair as you but my personality is pretty much different as yours. You were pretty much goofy as Satoru and Suguru back in the day just like you and Itadori. I was a reserved and chill back then until Geto left us.
Shoko: Itadori did miss you after you were presumed to be dead. He was never been the same since you and Nanami died but you miraculously survived because of our efforts and you probably learned RCT while you were in coma, that's why you fought back against the after effects of the Idle Transfiguration.
Nobara: (looks at her palm) They always said that that you have to combine the negative energy within the core of your CE and convert them into positive energy in order to use RCT. I did said before that once you reached the core of CE, I could use RCT at any moment which I did while I'm on the brink of death. My RCT is indeed unique and special because my CT is damaging the target's soul using my Straw doll technique and my RCT could fix soul damage and apply a RCT output on anyone who's soul is damaged like Todo-senpai and Inumaki-senpai.
