As the Jujutsu sorcerers are chasing Atlas, he stopped and finally arrives to the "Atlantis", which turns out to be the Zojoji temple near the Tokyo Tower as the Altare's base of operations in Japan.
Altare goons proceeds to corner the sorcerers as Yuji went to chase Atlas to the top of the temple all by himself.
Yuji: Atlas, come here you god damn piece of sh*t! I'm not done with you yet.
Atlas: Hmph! Do you think you can defeat the Altare all by yourself Yuji Itadori? You underestimated us so bad and you went here to chase me all alone. Commando will finish you off sooner.
Yuji: Tell me where's Commando?
Atlas: I'm not gonna answer your question until you defeat me first.
Yuji and Atlas proceeds to battle each other outside of the Zojoji temple. They exchanged blows as Atlas gets the upper hand at first and also used a Black Flash, thus damaged Yuji's soul by 40% but Yuji proceeds to go all out on Atlas as Itadori lands the Divergent Fist combos on Atlas, thus inflicting damage to the Altare member since he cannot be damaged with non-soul related CT and proceeds to finish him off with couple of Black Flashes and a last Divergent Fist.
Yuji: You can break and shatter my soul but you cannot destroy my willpower and determination.
Atlas: You impressed me Yuji Itadori, you're definitely my natural enemy and you're one of the only few sorcerers that can inflict damage on me since my CT passes though objects unless I get hit with a soul related CT and also, my CT can inflict soul damage once I hit my attacks to the target. (coughs in blood)
As Atlas couldn't stand up, he's crawling his way inside the temple.
Yuji: Now tell me, where's Commando? I'll be the one to finish her off after I deal with you.
Atlas: (keeps crawling and trembles in fear)
Yuji: That doesn't matter now. I'm gonna kill you even if you come back as a curse. Change your name, change your form, I'll kill you again no matter what! I'll find Commando all by myself even if it means risking my own life.
As Yuji is about to finish off Atlas, Commando arrives to the scene and stands in front of a defeated and humiliated Atlas.
Atlas: Commando!
Nobara: Shall I save you... Atlas?

Plot points:
•Yuji's final dialogues against Atlas is a reference to Yuji vs Mahito battle during the Shibuya Incident 10 years ago. Nobara and Atlas's dialogues are also referenced after Kenjaku and Mahito in the same scene in Shibuya arc.
