Yuji and Todo managed to defeat Atlas and brought him to Jujutsu High in the previous chapter. Yuta, Maki, and Toge battles the opposing Altare members Clio, Circe, and Cian.
Maki fights Clio once again in a rematch and the latter summons her multiple Viper Shikigami, giving Maki a hard time against the Altare member.
But Maki manages to beat the shikigamis with a rebuilt version of Inverted Spear of Heaven, destroying the shikigamis once and for all and made Clio powerless.
Maki: No matter what you do, you can't defeat me, even in my worst day.
Clio: Curse you Maki Zenin, ALL FOR ALTARE!!!
Maki: Don't call me a Zenin anymore, because I'm no longer part of that extinct clan.
And she proceeds to stab Clio in the gut with the same cursed tool, defeating the Altare member.
In the next scene, Yuta battles Circe as he easily defeated the Altare member since the former was a Special Grade sorcerer and the latter was a grade 2 sorcerer.
Toge battles Cian as Inumaki struggled against the latter because he hasn't trained for years because of his job but someone saved him.
???: PIERCING BLOOD!!!
Inumaki instantly reacted after someone saved him.
It's someone they knew in the past, and it's Noritoshi Kamo from the former Kyoto Jujutsu High (now united with Tokyo Jujutsu High) who returned to Japan from overseas.
Yuta enters the battlefield in order to join up Inumaki and Kamo and the three manages to defeat Cian as Yuta and Toge uses Cursed speech to paralyze the Altare member
Yuta and Toge: DON'T MOVE!!!
As Kamo does the finishing blow on Cian with a Piercing Blood, and brought Cian to Jujutsu High for interrogation.

Plot points:
•Circe's CT is Construction (same as Mai Zenin) and she's a grade 2 curse user, she's in the same powerscale as Nobara when she was still a student at Jujutsu High but not as smart as her in combat as she mismatched herself against a special grade sorcerer in Yuta Okkotsu and fought Yuta without any hesitation despite she's nowhere his level.
•Cian's CT is Cursed Energy Discharge, same as Ryu Ishigori (Culling Game player from 10 years ago, also a Jujutsu sorcerer from 400 years ago). He can shoot directed blasts of cursed energy from the palm of his hand similar to Dragon Ball characters when they shoot ki blasts. He is the only sorcerer/curse user since Ryu Ishigori that can still release the same amount of power regardless of if his cursed technique is activated or not. Cian also had a high CE output.
•Noritoshi Kamo was living overseas for years now and he had knowledge about Altare taking over Japan via Utahime. He returned as soon as possible in order to help his fellow sorcerers in their war against the curse users.
