At that several year period, she's on the same par as Maki Okkotsu (nee Zenin) in terms of power scale, Nobara's Close Quarter Combat went from being average to top notch after several years of training that put her in the same par as Toji, Maki, and Yuji (in Shinjuku arc several years ago).
She also mastered the Straw doll technique which she inherited from her grandma, at this point, she could use a Cursed Technique Reversal, Maximum technique, Domain Amplification, Simple Domain, and Domain Expansion.
