(Ollie's POV)

It's the end of a mission, and I've invited Leora to my apartment in Gyrate to celebrate. My address is unlisted so no one knows I live here except those I provide it to. I also provide the code.
I'm wearing a black, loose button down shirt that shows off my neck and chest. Leora knows what I look like under my turtleneck, so I dont have to hide. This will also be a test to see if she can accept all of me, green skin and all. I've made sure to wear some light cologne today.
I soon hear her ring the doorbell and I rush over.

"Come in. I'm glad you made it."

She looks at me wide eyed and it then gets shy. She lets herself in and I close the door behind her.

"What is it? Are you feeling tired from our mission?"

"I didn't mean to stare," she says "I just am not used to seeing you like this."

"I can cover up-"

"No! Of course not Ollie. Let your skin breathe. I didn't mean it like that."

Leora smells like vanilla. It's warm and inviting.

My phone is suddenly going off. I look to see who is calling. Oh. It's my daughter.

"Leora, I have to take this call."

"Who is it?" she asks.

I wonder if it's too soon to introduce Leora to my adopted child.

"Is it Laura?"

"No. Someone I haven't told you about yet."

"Huh?"

I feel a twinge of guilt, but decide to ignore it for now. My daughter is already calling me back. I finally answer:

"Hello dear. Sorry, it took a minute."

"Ollie! You look dressed up."

"No. Just hanging out at home with my...special friend."
I couldn't think of a better term at that moment. What were we?

"A special friend?"  My daughter asks.

I walk over towards Leora and sit next to her, showing her who was on the phone.

"Oh," My daughter says when she sees her.

"Hi there. I'm Leora. What's your name?"

"I'm Anita."

"I've been meaning to introduce the two of you to each other," I lied. I look towards Leora, who looks incredibly confused.

"Anita is my daughter," I clarify. "She goes to boarding school," I explained, "To focus on her education while Aunt Laura and I work."

"When you say 'special friend', are you dating her?"
My little girl sure knew how to put me on the spot. My heart starts beating faster as I clam up.

"We've just started getting to know each other," Leora answered, putting her arm behind my back. I feel pleasurable shivers down my body.
"Your dad invited me over for dinner and we are going to spend time together."

"Wow! Ollie must really like you. He never invites anyone over!"

"Never mind, young lady," I interrupted, "How are your studies going?"

Leora started giggling, and I feel myself getting embarrassed again.

"When can I come home for summer break?"

"It's not even Solstice yet, Anita. It's going to be while."

"Can I come home for the Solstice festival then?"
