The attack on the army camp had left a trail of destruction in its wake. Though the army had emerged victorious, the cost had been significant.

Many soldiers were injured, their bodies bearing the marks of the fierce battle they had fought. It was a grim sight, a reminder of the harsh realities of war.

Commander Abhishek Malhan had been at the forefront of the defense, leading his troops with unwavering courage and determination.

Despite the chaos and chaos around him, he had managed to keep his men focused and organized. It was his leadership that had prevented any loss of life amongst his soldiers, a fact that he took great pride in.

The aftermath of the attack was a hectic and chaotic scene. Medical teams rushed to tend to the wounded, providing immediate aid and comfort.

Manisha was really busy the whole time. The injured soldiers were transported to the army hospital, the corridors echoing with their groans of pain and cries for help.

Meanwhile, Commander Malhan himself lie in a hospital bed, surrounded by the sterile walls and faint hospital odors.

His injuries were severe, but the doctors and nurses were doing everything in their power to bring him back to full health.

The news of his bravery in the recent battle had reached the ears of senior officers, who came to visit him and express their gratitude.

Colonel Thakur commended the commander for his valor and announced that he would soon receive an award for his extraordinary bravery. The other senior officers nodded in agreement, adding their words of appreciation and admiration.

Just as the room was abuzz with praise and gratitude, Commander Malhan's smartphone buzzed on the bedside table.

Manisha, had sent him a text message. The commander's eyes widened, and a blush crept up his cheeks. He quickly cleared his throat, trying to mask his surprise and embarrassment.

(guess karo kya hoga message mei? 😏)

Colonel Thakur noticed his reaction and asked if everything was alright, mentioning that Commander Malhan's sudden redness was concerning.

"I'm fine, sir," Commander Malhan managed to mutter, his voice slightly strained. "Just a momentary distraction. Inconvenience ke liye mujhe maaf karna"

"Rest well, Commander," Colonel Thakur said, patting him on the shoulder before leading the other officers out of the room.

As the door closed, Commander Malhan turned his gaze towards Manisha's mischievous text message. He glared at her, clearly indicating his disapproval. However, Manisha merely laughed, her joyous laughter engulfing the room.

She skipped towards him and playfully hugged him, her joy contagious.

Commander Malhan couldn't help but smile, despite the pain, exhaustion, and embarrassment.

However, this moment of happiness was interrupted by the sound of Manisha's ringing phone.

She excused herself and quickly picked it up, only to find her father on the other end. Sensing the seriousness in her father's voice, Manisha felt a pang of concern wash over her.

"Kisse baat kar rahi thi kabse? Mera call kyun nahi uthaya" her father asked with curiosity and a hint of worry in his voice.

Feeling a bit mischievous, Manisha decided to have a little fun with her father. "Sorry,Papa, main aapke hone wale damad se baat kar rahi thi," she replied with a mischievous smile on her face.

There was a momentary silence on the other end before her father's shocked voice broke the silence. "Hone wala damad? Kon hai woh?"

Still smiling, Manisha continued to add fuel to the fire. "Haan, hone wala damad, lamba, choda , handsome hai, army mei commander hai woh"

The shock in her father's voice was replaced with a mix of surprise and intrigue. "Arre wah ji meri bewakoof beti ne kaise lapak liya tune unhe?"

"Papa woh chodo Aap Shaadi ki taiyari karo jaldi", Manisha said and her father got excited

With a grin on her face, Manisha bid her father farewell before ending the call. As she turned around, she found Abhishek standing by the wall, a mixture of curiosity and amusement on his face.

"Hone wala damad, huh? Sasur ji se baat nahi karaogi?" he said, raising an eyebrow as he approached her.

Manisha blushed, feeling a little embarrassed. She quickly tried to change the topic, eager to divert Abhishek's attention from that matter. "Haan woh actually aap toh jante hi hai na matlab woh aap khade huye kyun hai betho na bistar par aapke lagi hui hai"

She gently guided Abhishek back to his hospital bed, making sure he was comfortable. However, Abhishek's intense gaze remained fixed on her, making her blush even harder.

Finally, succumbing to her feelings, Manisha touched Abhishek's face tenderly and confessed that she couldn't bear to see him hurt.

Aap ki chot mujhe bardash nahi hoti Abhishek ji, Mujhe laga tha ki main apko kho dungi, Manisha said with tears in her eyes.

Abhishek turned his head towards Manisha, his eyes searching for answers. "kyun karti ho mujhse itna pyar Manisha? Maine aisa kya kiya?" he asked, his voice filled with both curiosity and disbelief.

Manisha paused for a moment, her eyes glistening with tears. "Pehle mujhe bhi nahi pata tha ki mujhe aapse itna pyar kyun hai? ," she began, her voice soft and tender. "Par apne mujhe 1000 reason diye ki main aapse pyar kyun karu? Ab main bas itna jaanti hoon ki aap meri jaan hai aur maine apke bina ek pal bhi nahi reh sakti. Abhishek Malhan ke bina Manisha Rani nahi hai. "

Before Manisha could even complete her sentence, Abhishek mustered up all his remaining strength and, with a tenderness he had never shown before, smashed his lips onto hers.

In that moment, everything else faded away.

Time became irrelevant as they melted into the kiss, their souls intertwining.

Manisha was on cloud nine, overwhelmed by the rush of emotions coursing through her veins.

She was kissing her crush, the person who had captured her heart so completely. Abhishek's touch sent shivers down her spine, igniting a passion that consumed them both.

Abhishek gently held Manisha's waist protectively, his touch delivering a sense of security and love.

In one swift motion, he effortlessly lifted her up with one hand and guided her to sit on his laps. Manisha gasped, both from the sudden movement and the intensity of the moment.

Their lips met once again, sealing their love and commitment to each other. Their love transcended the confines of the hospital room, as if the sun itself was setting with this magical moment. Time seemed to stand still, allowing them to savor this precious connection, even amidst adversity.

And as the sun dipped below the horizon, casting a warm, golden glow throughout the room, their love burned brightly, overcoming any obstacles in its path.
