Tony sat in excited silence the whole car ride, Sparky had been missing for almost a week and to have her suddenly resurface was a great relief to him. Even if he was a bit stressed by the thought of what might have happened to her.
But that wasn't important, yet, getting to her was the main priority.
Miller drove quickly, but with caution...his informant had mentioned it could be a Severance or Umi setup...which he didn't doubt, but getting Sparky back made it a risk worth taking.
The two yakuza made it to their described location, a large unowned factory warehouse on the outskirts of the city...
Tony walked up to the small door at the front of the warehouse...
Miller followed suit, but just opened the door instead. Walking inside.
The warehouse was full of abandoned boxes and objects, or at least Tony thought it was...the area was too dark to see properly.
What he did see though...was Sparky.
Knocked out and tied up to a plastic chair...
"Sparky-!" Tony yelled, quickly running over to her. Miller following.
"Alright kiddo, we're getting you out of here. Come on." Miller said in panic, wanting to leave the warehouse.
Tony brought out his combat knife and began to carve away at the ropes as Sparky stirred...
"By Ita...agh...Miller-?" She mumbled and looked at him.
"Yep, we gotcha, Don't worry." He said, trying to comfort her.
But Sparky's tail and ears shot up in panic.
"No! No! Bad idea! Get out!!!" She yelled, trying to force herself out of her ropes...
"TOO LATE NOW!!!" Yelled a voice.
The lights of the warehouse turned on in a blinding explosion.
Standing on a large pile of crates was Preto, a nasty toothed smile on his face.
Tony and Miller both stared at him, while Sparky kept wiggling.
"Now!!! Let's start with you kid!!!" He yelled, and leaped down from atop the crates.
In the air, large amounts of brown colored energy gathered around him, and once he landed. A large spectral bear made of magic appeared around him.
Tony finished cutting Sparky free and turned to face Preto, his knife becoming the golden hook-sword he had begun using.
"Oh yeah...Weapons Free!"
Miller titled his head at the words, but Sparky's punch to his gut told him everything he needed to know.
Preto launched at Tony, throwing a punch with one of his large bear claws as he got close.
Tony sidestepped and was able to tear a bit of the spectral bear away in a counterattack, but a large kick from Preto sent him flying back unexpectedly.
Miller had gotten into an intense hand-to-hand fight with Nenin. Their purple eyes glowing with rage and sparking with her magic.
But Miller didn't want to hurt her too bad, he focused on blocks and counters.
Nenin was getting very annoyed at Miller now, we couldn't he just lay down and die?
She went for an uppercut kick with her right leg, covering her foot in magic as she tried for the attack.
Miller blocked with his left forearm, then bent his arm around her leg and forced her to lose balance and flip over.
Preto's bear avatar slammed into a wall of the warehouse, trying to charge down Tony.
