Nuin 17th, 2531, Era 195.
Tony adjusted the collar of his suit.
Him and Miller were riding the elevator up to meet many Yakuza family heads...
Miller hadn't done so since his first encounter with Severance, and West, almost 3 months prior.
Tony, knowing the events, was slightly anxious about the whole ordeal.
But they stood together.
Tony had a surprising growth spurt after his 12th birthday and was now up to Miller's shoulders. Still quite large for his age...
He was in a fresh black suit, with his dress shirt being a similar black shade. He was also holding a silver suitcase.
Miller wore a white and purple suit, along with his white fedora.
The elevator dinged open, and the duo walked out.
"Hm, no one to ID me this time. A good sign." Miller chuckled.
"Did Severance ID you?" Tony asked.
"They did! The rats." Miller added. The meeting room they entered was the same as Miller remembered, as were the people.
"Miller Donma, Tony Donma, Welcome!" The boss at the head of the table said.
"Good to be here after such an ordeal." Miller replied as he and Tony sat down. With Tony placing the suitcase on the table.
"Now, from your message...this is an important discussion?" One of the other heads asked.
"Yes sir, even if my debt is paid...I wish to become a yakuza myself. Work under my father, and train to take his place." Tony spoke.
"You are only a pre-teen, young Donma, that is not something you should be wishing for at such an age!" Stressed one of the older members.
"But I am not just such!" Tony yelled as he stood up, a yellow glow appearing from under his eyepatch.
"I am not a work dog! I am a person! And not just a person! But a god!"
Out from under Tony's eyepatch, a wave of golden magic released, covering his body.
The glow fused with him, and in his place stood Unoki.
"We are more than such, we killed Preto with our bare hands! We deserve to be yakuza!"
The table stared at the sudden appearance of a god, utterly shocked.
A golden glow once again covered Unoki and retracted back into Tony's eye socket.
"So, how about it now, huh?" He asked the table, sitting back down.
"I-I do not see a reason why the young Donma should not be a yakuza..." The table head stammered, frozen at the scene.
Tony smiled, and Miller grabbed the briefcase.
"The only other thing we request, is protection for Sparky Nenin." Miller asked as he opened the briefcase, passing images of Sparky around the table.
"Ah...this wish will also be granted..." Another one of the heads mumbled.
"Very well, this meeting is done then!" Miller announced, slamming the briefcase and taking it with him to leave.
Tony waved goodbye as the two left.
It was an exciting time for Tony.
He was doing quite well in school, especially for how late he joined. Making friends was hard for him, but people would warm up.
He still spent time at the Casino, working for his father. But was getting paid for it, which he was happy about.
One day though, before one of his shifts, Tony had a strange visit.
He was waiting in Miller's office, using his laptop to browse some research materials for his homework.
"Unoki?" A voice suddenly asked, it was British sounding. Or at the very least, the Ryoikian equivalent.
Tony adjusted himself and looked at the figure.
They were tall, but with a hard to discern gender. Their hair was a rainbow of colors, as was their eyes.
Their skin was many colored blobs which appeared to swim around on their body.
They wore a silver trench coat with a non-binary flag pin on its collar, a black crop top, black shorts with garter belts, black thigh highs and some sneakers.
"Ita." Tony said with a smile, recognizing The Demiurge.
"I'm very happy to see you well..."
Tony sat up in Miller's chair.
"You as well...is something going on? Has an issue arisen?"
Ita shook their head gently.
"No, no. Simply came to say hello...you have many years before god business becomes your concern. Your young."
"Doesn't mean I can't fight."
Ita chuckled.
"I know it doesn't, but my concern still stands."
Tony sighed and stood up.
"So...just a check in?" He asked.
"Just a check in." Ita affirmed as they hopped off Miller's desk.
"It is good to see you, Oricia Manhan Liet." Ita said
Tony's god ears translated the ancient Ryoikian...'Oricia Manhan Liet'...'Please stay well'
"Oh- and- Don't reveal your identity so quickly, please?" Ita scolded.
"...Right. Sorry." Tony mumbled.
Ita then vanished.
He smiled, and went back to his work...
