Chapter 14

Today was stupidly long, it felt never ending and I kept counting the minutes until school ends. When school finally let's out I head to the sports field to find the twins. Livivo and Gianni both had gone, Livivo dropping off Gianni so i was stuck catching a rid home with the twins.

I finally make it to the field were I see Brio and Fio talking with a large group of guys. I walk up to them and catch their attention. Fio is glaring daggers at me while Brio looks bored. "What do you want now," Fio gritted out. I just gave him a look that could only be read as 'are you dumb'. Brio huffed and grabbed the bridge of his nose before saying, "Right..*sigh* mom said we have to drive the disgrace home."

All of his friends were staring at me some with confusion, and some with lust. Two however looked at me with kind eyes and smiles that help sympathy. It was then that I saw Fio had come up with an idea. "Yeah sorry we can't today coach said we have extra practice so you can either wait an extra two hours or you can walk home." I knew what he was saying was utter bullshit as soon as he said the words but it was further confirmed when a bunch of girls in little clothes that covered nothing showed up. "Fine I'll walk home." With that I started walking back home dreading it as it was nine miles away meaning I would arrive home at about eight.

I had walk for probably half an hour when a car pulled up. "Hey your Fio and Brio's little sister right," asked the guys. They were the two guys that were hanging out with Fio and Brio. "If you asked them they'd say no." They nodded and asked if I wanted them to drive me home. I was suspicious so I immediately said no. The guy them picked up his phone and called someone Turing it on speaker. "Caden what do you need," I heard a familiar voice say. "Hey Tullio your sister needs a ride home and we offered her one but since she doesn't know us we though we would call you," The guy named Caden said and I realized he was talking to my second eldest brother.

He then handed me the phone, "Hey Glen if you need a ride home you can trust these dim wits to get you there safe and I would rather you not walk or take public transportation. Please." I could hear the the message behind his word, take the offer Caden and the other guy were offering so I did getting into the back of the car.

As we started back on our way Caden decided to start talking to me as the other dude was driving. "Hey so your names Glen my names Caden and this guy over her is Duncan." I knew it would be rude if I didn't talk so I said, "Your wrong my names not Glen it's Glenda, and I already heard my brother say your name." Caden winced and I got the sudden realization that my words came out very harsh but Duncan started laughing though he tried to hide it.

The rest of the ride was silent as I observed my surroundings. I was in a Burgundy jeep that had all black interior. I then watched the outside go by but eventually got bored so started assessing Caden and Duncan.  Caden had red hair that was shaved on the sides while short and curly on top. His face was triangle and he had sharp cheek bones, thin top lip and fuller bottom lip. His skin was sun tanned and he had freckles. He wasn't my type and if their was any feature I really liked it would be his eyes with were almond and mono lid, the color was a stormy Grey that blended with a mossy green near the  outer of the iris.

Duncan was without a doubt hot and just my type. His all of his hair was dyed a bright neon blue and was maybe a inch past his shoulder which he wore half up-half down. His face was square, he has a dimple in his left cheek, and sports stubble. Both lips were full and his nose would have been straight except it was crooked clearly from being broke to many times. While his skin was pale I could see that he had tattoo's. He was wearing a short sleeve shirt so I could see a glimpse of one on his right arm were his entire left was covered, there was also some on his neck. Duncan looked at me through the mirror and I felt my breath catch his eyes were a dark ruby red that were clocked by thick black lashes.

After a while Caden notices me assessing them, "Don't fall in love, I know I'm hot but damn." I saw Duncan roll his eyes and go back to driving. I couldn't stop my self before I said, "I like your eyes but that's it Duncan is more my type." It was then that Duncan chocked on his own saliva. I could see that he heard what I said and I turned bright red, at that exact moment we reached my house and I bolted inside horrified that I had said that.
