chapter 24

Dario's Pov:

I was just entering the house when my phone started ringing. I picked it up and knew exactly who it was. "Hey Mark what did the boy's do this time." Fio and Brio always managed to get into some type of trouble.

"I'm not calling about the twins," Mark said. I racked my head as to why he would be getting a phone call. At that moment all of my son's and my wife walked in. He instantly noticed that Glenda wasn't there. "Mia, where is Glenda," I asked. She immediately told me that she hadn't seen her.

"Alessio your daughter is in the hospital with her friend," Mark told me. I quickly hung up and backtracked out of the house headed to the hospital. It took me a lot less time to get there than it should have.

Third person:

Dario stormed into the hospital and started asking where his daughter was. He was brought to her only to find out she had a slight sprain. Glenda asked the nurse who accompanied Dario if she could go see her friend.

The nurse let her and Glenda stared at the girl with tears in her eyes. Jamie was lying in a hospital bed covered in bruises and in a coma. "Have you found any of her family," Glenda asked the nurse sounding horse. The nurse told her that they were working on it and that it would take a few days.

Glenda refused to leave Jamie alone in the hospital until her family was located. Dario tried to argue but it was no use. In the end she stayed on the hospital with her brothers and father taking shifts watching her.
