Y/N's POV

After Junko, Mukuro, Mikan and I left the house, we made our way towards the private jet Junko owned.

Mikan: "s-so wait, do you guys r-really own a private jet?"

Mukuro: "yeah."

Mikan: "I-I have never been on a plane before..."

"It's okay, Mikan. It's not too bad. And besides, if you're too scared, I can hug you if it makes you feel better."

Mikan turned around and looked at me, shooting a shy smile.

Mikan: "...Y/N..."

Before I could react, she wrapped her arms around my own, and pressed herself up against me.

Mikan: "y-you are always so nice to me..."

I smiled, and gave Mikan a headpat.

"Of course I'm nice to you, Mikan. Why wouldn't I be?"

Mikan: "I...I'm just so used to being bullied...that being treated nicely for once just feels...odd..."

"...I know, Mikan. But I'll make sure you can get used to being treated nicely. I promise."

Mikan: "...th-thank you..."

A more giddy smile formed on Mikan's face, and she pressed up even more against me. It feels good to know I'm making Mikan happy. She honestly deserves it.

Junko: "alright, we're here."

In front of us was the private jet Junko owned, and the four of us climbed aboard. The pilot warned us about the takeoff, and the jet began to move.

Mikan: "w-woah...! So this is how being in a plane feels like..."

"It feels weird, right?"

Mikan: "yeah...it's like floating in the air..."

Junko: "That's usually how first-timers feel."

"Yeah. Don't be nervous, though. Everything should be alrig-"

BANG!

CRASH!

Mukuro: "that was a gun being fired!"

Mikan: "D-Did someone fire at us?"

Junko: "considering the fact that we're dropping in altitude, yes!"

"Fuck!"

I rushed to where the pilot was, and yeah, he's dead.

"Do any of us know how to fly a plane?!"

Junko: "don't look at me!"

Mikan: "I-I don't wanna die...!"

Mukuro: "we're gonna crash at this rate...!"

"Damn it..."

I moved the body of the pilot aside, and approached the controls. I looked at all the different screens and buttons, and sighed, taking a hold of the...uh...flight stick. Yeah. The flight stick.

"I don't know what I'm doing, but I hope this works...!"

I began to pull the stick back, and the plane began to pull up from descending.

"I-It's working...!"

Junko: "good job, Darling! Keep at it!"

"Yeah!"

I nodded, and kept the flight stick at the exact position I moved it to. But there's still the problem of the gunman that killed our pilot...they wouldn't just shoot a random jet pilot out of nowhere. There had to be a reason for this.
