Y/N's POV
After helping out Hifumi with his problem, I left the book store, and began to walk back to the school...
It was already dark, and the sounds of passing cars filled my ears...for a city as lively as this, it's really peaceful...
As I continued to walk, I noticed a hill overlooking the city...so I decided to change my destination, and began to walk towards the hill.
~~timeskip~~
I finally made it to the hill, and right now, I'm climbing it. I can feel a cool breeze on me, the sounds of birds chirping, and the plants moving in the direction of the wind ever-so gently...
Once I made it to the top, I walked to the edge, and stared down at the bundle of lights and cars that was beneath me...
I slowly sat down on the patch of grass beneath me, and pulled out my guitar from it's case, placing it into my lap...and beginning to play.
This song doesn't have a name, and doesn't have any sort of rhythm to it...it's the kind of song you have to feel in order to understand it's true intention.
As I continued to play, I could feel my eyes beginning to water, so I closed them, in hopes of stopping said feeling...but it made it worse, as I had now shed tears...
???: "Y/N...?"
The peaceful atmosphere had dissipated.
"...Mukkie? What are you doing here?"
Mukuro: "I could ask you the same thing."
"Ah...well...I just wanted to get out of the city for a while."
I placed my guitar down beside me, and I heard footsteps coming closer. I wiped the tears off my eyes, and saw Mukuro sitting down next to me.
Mukuro: "what a coincidence...I also come to this place to get away from the city."
"You do?"
Mukuro: "yeah...sometimes I come here just to take a break after dealing with whatever my sister does, too..."
I chuckled, and scooted closer to Mukuro, placing my hand on top of hers.
Mukuro: "...it's beautiful, isn't it?"
Mukuro got a hold of my hand.
"Yeah...but not-"
Mukuro: "don't even finish that sentence. That line is overused at this point."
I chuckled once again, and my grip on Mukuro's hand grew stronger.
Mukuro: "...you had me worried, Y/N..."
"...why?"
Mukuro: "well, nobody just randomly passes out and ends up most of the day unconscious!"
"...fair enough."
I sighed, and looked up at the night sky...until I felt something touch my shoulder...and it was none other that Mukuro's cheek.
I smiled, and began to unzip my hoodie, taking it off and laying it over Mukuro.
"Here..."
Mukuro: "...this is the first time I've ever seen you without your hoodie on..."
"You should be honored, Mukkie. No one has seen me without my hoodie on...except for my mother and sister, but that doesn't count."
Mukuro giggled quietly, and the both of us continued to stare down at the streets of the city...until...
Mukuro: "hey...look at me."
