We ran through the wet flooded bush track and mum kept calling my phone. I was meant to be at home and mum knew I wasn't. She was at work.
"Come on Coen!" I shout and he ran straight past me and nearly slipped over in the mud.
I snuck him into my bedroom so mums friend didn't see. I ran into the bathroom and grabbed a roll of toilet paper and then to the kitchen for a cup of water. I sat him on my mattress and took off his jumper. There was blood everywhere. I wiped his cuts and talked to him. He was really obsessed with this Abby chick that had played him. But no matter how much he spoke of her and said how much he loved her, he still did it. We both did. Not stopping as we should have. He pinned my arms above my head and kissed me slowly. His lips soft but I couldn't stop thinking of Tom.
I was meant to be free.
Free to do whatever or whoever I want.
We made out and gave each other hickeys than cuddled. And talked. It was nice. We weren't dating. There was no feelings. It was better. I don't need a relationship.
