(Since the old chapter 4 is kinda short, I decided to make a new one but longer. The story is still the same, just added some few things.)
-Raizen High School-
It was in the afternoon, everyone had gone home except Ngoc and Ai. Ai had been a great tutor for him in teaching Math for a month by now.
And currently, she was helping Ngoc with his homework (obviously it's Math).
Ai: ... Mm hm! You did it all right. Good job.
Ngoc: Thank you! *groan* There is an exam next week. If the homework is this difficult, how am I supposed to pass the exam?
Ai: Oh, relax. You're a fast learner. I'm sure you can do it just fine. Have a little confident in yourself.
Ngoc: Well, I guess you're right.
Ai: I'm always right. Oh!
She stood up.
Ai: I've got something for you. Wait here, okay?
He nodded before she went outside. Then he took out his phone and started playing game while waiting.
Ten minutes had passed and she hadn't come back. What's taking her so long anyway?
He swung his legs around childishly. Then all of sudden, his leg hit Ai's bag and dropped out her stuff.
Ngoc: Ah shit.
Ngoc quickly picked up her things and put them back in the bag. While doing so, he noticed one item on the ground. It was a notebook, and it didn't look like the one she used for studying. It was already open.
Out of curiosity, he picked up the notebook...
Ai: Hey, I'm back!
Ai came back with a plate of cookies.
Ai: Sorry for taking so long. I was just-
She stopped when she saw Ngoc holding her specific notebook. She placed the plate down and snatched the notebook out of his hands.
Ai: What are you doing?!
She 'angrily' said.
Ngoc: S-Sorry! I accidentally knocked over your bag and your stuff fell out. I was putting them back and... that was the last one...
Ai: You...
She looked away as her face turned a little red.
Ai: You didn't read it, then?
Ngoc: Huh? N-No, I didn't read it. It just happened to be open before I picked it up.
Ai: I-I see.
Ngoc: Sorry, again.
Ai: It's okay. Don't sweat it.
Ngoc: So... what were you doing by the way?
Ai: Well, I figured we would stay here for a bit more so I thought I would make these. You like them, right?
Ngoc: Y-Yeah. Um, sorry but I think I'm gonna use the restroom.
Ai: Oh, alright. I will wait here then.
He went to the restroom, but he didn't use it. Instead, he stood in front of the mirror as he blushed.
He felt bad for Ai because he didn't tell her the truth.
That notebook... was actually her diary, and he read the whole thing.
Ngoc: ... Her feeling... is the same as mine...
