A Love to Last

You are leaving the country

Irene is now a complete different person,she wears a different set of clothes,she wears  makeup and finally got rid of those glasses.She looked prettier than ever,so beautiful.She was so brave that vicki could not bully her after vicki tried to insult irene but got insulted instead
  "Hey!Just where do you think you are going,huh?barked vicki
"Please excuse me i have no time for people like you, at least of you dont have what to do,i do have what i am doing.irene replied.
"I am more busy than you are,you bitch."vicki barked.
"I see.I guess you are busy causing trouble or....."she gasped dramatically."...you were flirting with some boys since no one's attention is drawn to you.No wonder blake dislikes you,speaking of which i am off to speak to him about something he would like to 'tell me'.she emphasized on that part.And by the way try to stop ranting,hypertension his real."she retorted.
"Ha!".betty laughed.
"Lets go betty,i have no time to talk to some bitch who keeps barking like she is  in labour".said lucy.

    On their way home, betty complimented her.

    "Oh my God!you did perfectly well .I wanted to help you but i could see you didnt need my help.A job well done i tell you.

    "Thanks for the compliment",she said bowing dramatically while laughing.

   "I wouldnt be able to come with you to meet blake i have to talk with aiden,betty said.

"Okay".irene replied.

  "Ok bye now".betty said then ran off.

      "Ok,now i am all,left  alone to talk with the boy i liked ever since i met him,great,just great". Ok lucy you can do this,as far as you dont act like a blabber mouth then you will do just fine."

   She got to the school gate and saw him talking to  a boy, who looked like the boy that poured soda on her,he is probably the one.She walked up to blake after they were done talking and told him that betty went out with aiden.

"Erm irene,i......"he cleared his throat
".....i i like you"he said as quickly as he could.
"Really?erm...i like you too".
"Really!"he asked elated.

    "Yes,but i am only telling you to let it out of my mind and not because i want to be with you.i am not up to your status obviously and i don't think your parents would want a rich guy like you to get married to a low life like me."irene stated clearly.

  "Why?My parents don't own me.i can decide on my own without their interference."he said.

"You don't have to disobey your parents,it's my decision and i would love for you to respect it."she said.

Blake looked at her eyes and saw she was serious and walked away.
     "Why is he angry?"irene asked herself.

   Blake was so angry because of her reply to his proposal.

     'A lot of girls follow me and can dye just to me my girlfriend but the one girl i truly love likes me back but would not want to be my girlfriend.

   His chaffeur also noticed his young master's mood but decided not to say anything.
After a moment of silence,he asked
"Young master will you be heading home straight or are you going somewhere?
"I will be going to meet aiden at carlo's café."
"Ok."
When blake got to the café he didnt meet betty, he asked of her and aiden told him she had gone home and wouldnt be attending the party.Blake met with aiden  and told him about his encounter with irene and how she didnt return the same feelings.Aiden adviced blake to ignore her,then she might come to her senses and see that she that she needs him in her life and finally agtee to be his girlfriend,"You wont know the value of something until you lose it,they say".aiden had said.Blake decided to listen to aiden 's advice even if it would kill him because he believed in his friend.
      Blake and aiden attended the birth day party of his class mate.Aiden  had a great time but blake was not in a good mood.
When blake got home,he was welcomed with a slap from his father
"Nooo!!"his mother ,marissa,cried out.
"Shut up!,he shouted at her.Can you see the mess you caused?he shouted at blake.Now all because of you i lost mymost valuable business partner."he yelled.
   " But how ,i mean i dont under stand what you are saying"blake said utterly confused.
"Oh so you dont know?well i would tell you.Mr mcpherson just called and told me vicki cried home because you said you dislike her,you called her all sort of names and even said she was a spoilt brat in front of all your friends so because you embarrassed his daughter he was so angry that he has decided to withdraw all his investments ."he said fuming with anger.
"I dont get all this.I never called her a spoilt brat and besides what is she if not a spoilt brat?I never want to talk to her again".
   "Oh so you can still talk right?Pack your bags in the next three days,you are leaving the country to meet your sister in boston."his father said a little bit calm

  "What!I cant leave my school What about my friends?I cant just leave all the friends i have for a place i might not even find a friend like them or for some alien country,a place i havent been to in my life .At least let me graduate from high school before i travel abroad.I would be graduating in less than a week".
"Well you should have thought about all that before you said  all that you had said.You are leaving the in three days time final.And again you would go to the college over there which your sister attended and would take over one of the companies here when you are fit for the job.Now go get changed we are going over to the mcphersons to settle this.
"I am going upstairs".blake said angrily.
Marissa cried more each time she remembered her son was leaving for boston in the next three days  and she could not do
anything about it.

Back at the mcphersons mansion.
"Mc,i would like to apologise on behalf of blake,he was only being childish.He probably got pissed off at school and poured it out on her.And besides they have been friends since they were children so they cant just get seperated by us  like that.Am i right vicki?
"Yes dad".vicki calls mr richards yates(blake's dad),dadwhile she calls her father,pa.
"Blake never try to embarass my daughter like that again,if not because your dad and i are best friends and your grandparents are vicki's grandparents best friend,i might have not agreed".
"Well then,if that is the case,then i think the both of you should apologise to each other and take all this as a mistake".mr richards said and mc nodded in agreement.

Why dont you stay over for dinner?".mc said.

"No thanks,we would have to refuse that we have somethings to do back home".
