"Well," Xisuma began, "I was taken by the Watchers, and unfortunately they turned me into to one of them." he turned into his watcher-form to underline his statement."Its alright if you hate me now"
"Of course not X!" Grian yelled because if they didn't support X, then they would most definitely not support him, so of course he had to support his admin.
"G is right, we know you and you're still the same admin" Keralis said and put his hand on the admins shoulder, in the crowd, murmurs of agreement could be heard.
Xisuma couldn't help it, his eyes started glistening, all the hermits accepted him, even though he was changed, he loved them all so much, even though the server was full of chaos they were still his family.
Soon the fuzz was over and the hermits left, except for a particular trouble-maker.
"Is the watcher-magic cool?" The parrot asked and X smiled."Yes, but I don't want it, I would wish I didn't have this god-forsaken magic" he hissed, anger filling him, he didn't know what happened but suddenly his hand was outstretched and Grian was buckled over, clutching the side of his stomach.
The parrot just wanted to ask the admin about magic, then he heard the angry tone underlying Xisumas statement and the eyes glowed purple for a second.
The blonde took a step back in fear, the admin had yet to gain full control but before he could dodge anything, the voidwalker stretched out his hand and fired a blast of magic that hit the builder in the stomach, he buckled down and fell onto his knees as he was trying to hold back the blood.
"What did I just do?" Xisuma muttered to himself and looked at his hands, which had stopped glowing again, he raised his glance and looked at the hermit in front of him, who was now on his knees, hands still on his stomach.
He quickly kneeled down in front of the blonde and put a hand on the others shoulder. "Are you okay Grian!? What did I do!? I just blacked out" he aksed worriedly and Grian grinned painfully.
"I think you need to work more on your magic control" he laughed but winced in pain right after, he removed his hands and looked at them. They were covered in the crimson blood flowing from the wound and he smiled. "Heh, I think I'm feeling a little lightheaded"
Xisuma grabbed his friend before he fell over. "Don't you dare faint on me G!" He yelled and laid his hands over the wound, he concentrated on getting the magic to flow through him and to the other hermit in order to heal, and if Grian also focused on healing himself as not to tear down on the others magic resort, Xisuma didn't need to know.
Grian gasped as his wound closed and he stood up again.
"Grian, I'm so sorry, I don't know what happened!""I do, you blasted me with your magic" Grian replied, sounding more harsh than he had anticipated, of course he had expected more control, this was his student after all, but then again, emotions quickly got the better of one in the start. He didn't blame his admin, but that had really hurt.
"I'm sorry, I-I'll leave the server, I'll go back to the Watchers, I don't deserve to be here if I can't conceal my powers" he said but the parrot took his hand.
"Don't you dare go back there!" He ordered and X stopped in his track. "You don't want me to go?"
"Of course not, It's normal not being able to control yourself or your emotions getting the better of you, as long as you at least try to make an improvement" he said and the admin pulled him into a hug."Why are you so forgiving? I almost killed you!" The voidwalker cried and the blonde joined in on the hug.
They broke up the hug and Xisuma opened his mouth to say something, what he was going to say the parrot never discovered as they were interrupted by a couple of portals opening behind them and a lot of Watchers coming into the server. Xisuma got out his communicator and frantically typed out a message.
[Xisuma: Everyone to spawn! Now!]
He knew this was putting the players at risk but they would need everyone to defeat an army of watchers. He tried to control his magic and blast the taller Watchers, they weren't Master rank all of them, some of them were, but most were apprentices.
More and more watchers came through the portals, in total there were around 10, the other hermits came flying and landed beside the others.
"What are those!?" Cleo asked and pulled out her sword."Those-" X pulled out his sword as well "-are watchers" he said and everyone took a step back in fear. "Can't only Watchers kill other watchers?" Impulse asked and X nodded.
"Yeah, you guys try and weaken them, I'll deal the final blow" X said determined, but Grian could hear the worry lacing his word.
The hermits nodded, still scared, but this was for the sake of the server. X continued to shoot magic at them but to his dismay, the Watchers easily blocked the magic. Then they started shooting back and the admin was having trouble blocking it all.
"Ack! I should have stayed with Xelqua and learned more magic!" He groaned and fell over, not being able to block any more magic, all the other hermits were occupied, he cursed himself for not being able to protect them, let alone himself, he shielded himself with his arms - as if that was enough to protect him from magic - but nothing happened, then he opened his eyes and removed his arms.In front of him was a certain smaller hermit, but something purple shone in in front of him, a magic shield in front of him.
"You really should've practiced that magic X" he said and made the shield disappear, the parrot summoned a few magic blasts with a simple swipe of his hand that shot a couple of Watchers just like that.
"What did you just do Grian?" The voidwalker asked in shock and the blonde turned around with glowing eyes. "Saved you X-eye-suma" he replied with a grin and flew off.
Xisuma stared at the smaller hermit who made magic look easy, he hit Watcher after Watcher with his magic and the admin realized that this guy had had magical powers a long time, even before he was turned, and right now he was thankful for it.
At least the builder was on their side.Just as the fight was turning to their advantage, a new portal appeared and a Watcher stepped out that looked different from the rest, both Xisuma and Grian quickly recognized him as the Prime-Watcher, the leader of all Watchers...
