"Have you come to train... Nephews?" Aemond questioned glaring down at Jace and Luke.

"They would squash you like a bug, Aem." Sera corrected as she walked forward.

"Sera," Luke said with relief as he ran from Aemond and towards her. "Oh wow. Is that Robert?"

"Renly. A new one." Sera corrected. Renly babbled back at Luke.

"Hes cute. Like you." Luke remarked honestly and Seras heart melted a little bit. Luke stared back at Renlys little black streaks and tried to come to terms with what Jace had been telling him for years. Baratheon roots. From their grandmother Rhaenys. Baratheon black hair.

"You are so sweet." Sera answered. "You have gotten taller." Luke stood up a little straighter smiling back at her. "Handsome too. Like your father." Luke wondered what father she was referring to but realized he didnt care. Because Seraphina Baratheon called him Handsome.

Aemond glanced their way, cautiously watching Sera and the little psycho.

"Can I hold him!" Luke questioned. Sera nodded passing off a babbling renly. He giggled but reached back for sera shaking his little head.

"Romeo, Romeo," sera cooed. "Its okay baby. This is Lucerys."

"Uuuuk!" Renly gargled.

"Hi Renly. Nice to meet you." Luke said softly. He smiled back at Sera though. He swore. He could have sworne he saw hearts in her eyes. But maybe it was him. Maybe it was that the hearts in his eyes were just too big.

Luke remembered the day he met Sera. It was the day Ser Harwin left. It was like her father knew they would be needed because he had planned a visit. Rhaenyra offered up Jace and Helaena but Alicent bit her tongue. That would never do she was going to marry helaena to Aegon but Borros appeared with a better offer. While Helaena remained unwed the union with the baratheons were something that Otto pushed for heavily when he returned to the capital as well.

Luke was just a kid with his first ever crush. He stared back at sera as she moved to the hounds in the kennel. Her father marched off to talk business while sera knelt dirtying her dress and reaching out for a hound. He hesitated as he sniffed her hand before moving closer and slobbering on her cheek. Luke loved the way her head tipped back as she laughed. Loved the way she smiled back at him not like he was a child or not that pitying look of being call 'Strong' behind his back.

"Im luke- Lucerys. Lucery Velaryon." He corrected bowing before her. She rose up and brushed herself off.

"Seraphina Baratheon. But you can call me Sera, my prince." Sera had answered with a delicate curtsy.

"Sera." He repeated. "Luke. Im Luke. My mother only calls me Lucerys when Im in trouble."

"You are blushing." Sera noted. "Did you do something wrong... Lucerys?"

He loved that way she said his name.

"Im sorry you have to deal with these claims." Sera remarked as they walked. She had only gotten more beautiful over the years. Her hips fuller. Her hair longer. Her curves more pronounced. He took her in as casually as he could while they walked to the twins chambers.

"Its okay. Im..."

"What is it?" Sera questioned. No matter how old she got her face still looked so innocent and precious. Aegon and Aemond, even Helaena had a darkness in their eyes in their faces. As if the years had been more than hard on them perhaps or maybe more tragic.

"I get sea sick on the boat." Luke admitted.

"Oh." Sera understood.

"Yeah." Luke sighed as she pushed open the twins door. "Im a failure of a velaryon."

"You are not myou are part dragon nyou are meant to fly."

"Im nervous flying too." Luke countered. "I like my feet on the ground." Sera chuckled.

"Maybe you could take me flying some time."

"Im sure Aegon takes you flying all the time." Luke realized and he didnt want to get her up in the air and her to be disappointed in his lack of skills.

"I keep my distance from Aegon." Sera corrected. Luke stared back at her. If he was her husband he would never let her go.
