Afghanistan, Kandahar Province.

In the middle of a dessert in Afghanistan on a dirt road a convoy of military vehicles drives.

The center armored car contains the one and only Tony Stark holding a cut crystal glass of scotch.

He glances around the interior curiously as the soldiers are completely quiet. Back in black is playing from a small portable radio on the floor.

Tony is dressed in a dark gray pin stripe suit, the sky blue shirt and wide spotted dark blue tie are loosened. The platinum Jaeger LeCoulture watch and gold toned Ray Bans complete the look of carefully careless wealth.

"I feel like you're driving me to a court-martial." Tony suddenly blurts out and the three soldiers snicker in amusement. "This is crazy. What did I do? I feel like you're going to pull over and snuff me." They uniformed soldiers in the front and back exchange a look. "What, you're not allowed to talk?"

"We can talk, sir." The one sitting next to him announces.

"Oh, I see. So it's personal?" Tony guesses.

The soldier driving the vehicle speaks up. "No, you intimidate them." She announces in a surprisingly melodic voice.

"Good God, you're a woman." Tony declares in shock and they all laugh. "I honestly... I couldn't have called that. I mean, I'd apologize, but isn't that what we're going for here? I thought of you as a soldier first."

"I'm an airman." She corrects.

"Well you have, actually, excellent bone structure, there. I'm kind of having a hard time not looking at you now. Is that weird?" They all laugh and chuckle in response. "Come on, it's okay, laugh." Tony encourages.

The soldier in the front turns around. "Sir, I have a question to ask."

"Yes, please." Tony encourages.

"Is it true you went 12 for 12 with last year's Maxim cover models?" He raises his eyebrows doubtfully.

Tony pulls off his sunglasses and grins. "That is an excellent question. Yes and no. March and I had a scheduling conflict, but fortunately, the Christmas cover was twins. Anything else?" The Soldier next to him raises his hand. "You're kidding me with the hand up, right?"

"Is it cool if I take a picture with you?" The young man asks shyly.

Tony smiles very slightly. "Yes. It's very cool." The soldier pulls his digital camera out and hands it to the soldier in the front seat. "I don't want to see this on your Facebook page." The soldier throws up a peace sign for the photo. "Please, no gang signs." Tony teases and when the kid drops his hand Tony grins. "No, throw it up. I'm kidding. Yeah, peace. I love peace. I'd be out of a job with peace."

The soldier tells his comrade, "Come on. Hurry up. Just click it. Don't change any settings. Just click it." Just then a streak of fire comes through the air and hits the vehicle in front of them. The car explodes and the rest of the convoy screeches to a haunt. Gunshots erupt and are heard hitting the side of their vehicle.

"What's going on?" Tony demands.

The driver yells out. "Contact left!"

"What have we got?" Tony asks as the driver steps out and is immediately shot down in her tracks.

"Jimmy, stay with Stark!" The soldier in the front seat yells.

Jimmy turns to Tony and pushes him down. "Stay down!"

"Yeah." Tony nods in agreement as the front seat soldier climbs out and is shot too

"Son of a bitch!" Jimmy yells and climbs out of the car.
