Aqua Love

Chapter 2

The next day CJ and I woke up with so much excitement. After dress up, we said good morning to CJ's parents that were in the living room.
"Our first official day in vacation" CJ said.
"Say no more girl, let's go get some breakfast." I said.
So all four went to get our first breakfast of the week. Overall it was pretty good and I loved to socialize with CJ and her family. CJ's parents were so sweet and they treated me as their second child since forever, I loved that.
After that, CJ and I decided to go to the water park, meanwhile CJ's parents were going to the beach. CJ's parents were very chill with us going to have some fun alone without supervision. As we walked to the water park, I couldn't stop thinking which water slide we should go first. After a while CJ and I decided to go in the slide that could go two or three people together. We were in the line of the water slide talking when she whispered to me:
"Girl look at the guy behind us, carefully so he doesn't notice."
I looked and wow, just wow. His hair was curly and dark brown with blonde highlights. His eyes were like the ocean of how dark blue they were. And his body...well I can't even describe it. He looked at me once he noticed I was looking at him and smiled friendly. At that moment that I saw him smiling, I confess that my heart skipped a beat of how beautiful his smile was. I looked at CJ smiling and she smiled back.
"Go talk to him girl, I saw the way you looked at him." CJ said.
"Come on CJ, I mean of course I looked at him, he looks like Jeremiah Fisher from "The Summer I Turned Pretty",  but this vacation is focused on us."
"That's why I am saying to you talk to him, you were always team Jeremiah and I was team Conrad, but whatever."
She rolled her eyes but didn't said nothing more. When we finally could go to the slide together, I heard CJ saying to the employee:
"Excuse me, can you bring a float for three people?"
What was she doing? I asked to myself in my head. After a while the employee brings the float just like she asked.
"Hey, guy in the blue shorts, wanna come with us?" CJ asked the guy we say moments ago.
So that was her plan, my friend is not dumb after all.
"Well, why not?" He replied with a smile.
And just like that we slid together and it was pretty fun and scary.
