Bella, Chris, Tom and I all look up at James in silence Chris broke the silence by saying
"you idiot you could have killed us and then taking our innocent friend and beating her up get away".
"How dare you speak to me like that" James says and punches Chris in the face.
Chris stand up and says furiously "what's wrong with you are you asking for a fight" before they start punching each other to death I stand up pushing Chris and James apart from each other and say
"enough what did you come here for"
James looks at me fiercely and Theo looks at me as if to warn me not to say that.
"I came to apologise to you but none of your fiends I realised that you were innocent so yeah I'm sorry" he says.
He looks down at his shoes like a little boy being punished but all I'm able to do is say "okay, now go" he looks at me like he wants to argue with me but then walks back to the door.
Theo follows him and just as they're about to leave he shouts "get dressed and be in the dome in five minutes".
At that moment everyones rushing around to get on the clothes that's been put on our beds.
"If you've never used a gun before then pay attention" says Theo.
He shows us how to hold it and how you stand and how to fire at the target.
I was good but Chris wasn't, he kept missing.
Then Alex, James, Adam( another leader) and Ashton(another leader) appear and they begin to watch everyone shooting.
Alex starts walking directly towards me as he approaches he says "how are you, are you healing?"
"Yeah I'm fine he's got a good hit but he's rude" I reply.
"Yeah I know. Let's see how you are" Alex says.
For a minute I didn't understand what he meant then I remember he means shooting the gun.
In the corner of my eyes I could see that Theo looking over at us looking worried but I ignore him and focus on the target.
I aim and....FIRE.
It hits the centre of the target and I couldnt help but smile.
I saw Alex force a smile on his face and he says "you've been taught well" I say "thank you" at that moment Theo comes over putting his hand on my shoulder and says
"well done Kate you should be proud" "I am" I say. Alex says
"keep up the good work" and walks on.
"Keep working Kate well done" Theo says walking away.
I then see Alex go over to Chris and ask to see him shoot Chris aims and misses Alex looks annoyed but says "try again".
I see Chris getting worried this time when he shoots he hits the very edge of the target Alex looks angry but says "keep it up"and walks on.
He reaches the last person in the line called Josh and says "let's see how you shoot".
Josh aims and misses he try's again and misses. Now Alex looks furious and says
"try and aim it at the target one more time".
Josh aims and shoots it doesn't hit the target.
Alex takes the gun and says "this is how you hit the target" he aims it at Josh and shoots.
Obviously he didn't miss.
I see Josh's body hit the floor.
Theo walks over to Alex looking seething and yells "what was that for it was his first day"
"yeah and he was crap so I shot him" Alex says and walks out.
Theo's just standing there looking shocked no one moves for two minutes then Theo turns around looking angry but calmly says
"now try with knives" then a row of knives are put on the tables behind us.
I'm even better at throwing knives then shooting I'm so proud.
Chris is better as well.
"Hey you're really talented at this stuff" Bella says "thanks so are you" I say.
"Thank you" Bella replies.
We talk for about five minutes about are family's and our old friends when Tom and Chris come and join us too.
It's been about ten minutes now that we stopped throwing knives and practicing when Theo comes over and starts yelling
"what are you doing sitting down get up and practice"
"sorry leader Clarke" Chris,Tom and Bella say but I say
"we were talking because we didn't want to do what you're making us do"
he looks shocked that I said what I said but that shock turns to anger and says
"I don't care if you're not enjoying it you have to do it or you'll end up just like Josh".
"I'm sorry it's just also my arm hurts a bit from what happened earlier you know being dragged around" I say.
He sighs and says
"I'm sorry Kate I forgot we're stopping now anyway, can I help with your arm at all?"
"No don't worry I just need to rest" I say and wonder back to my friends.
Theo then shouts "days over go have dinner you need to be in bed my 11:00pm at the latest each night see you in the morning at 9:00am sharp" then everyone departs.
"We should go out for a drink as a celebration that we lived today" says Bella we all agree and go and get dressed.
"let's get dressed up tonight do you wanna borrow a dress"Bella asks
"yes please, thank you".
"Okay well I'm gonna where this yellow and red dress but I think this black dress I think it would suit you".
She pulls out a black dress from her bag its long sleeve and it goes down to just above he knees
"that dress will look great" Bella says.
I slip it over my head and she's right it looks great.
I apply a bit of makeup but not to much, I feel beautiful but I know I'm not
"you look amazing Kate" "thanks so do you".
"Wow you guys look amazing" says Tom speechless.
"Sorry to ruin the moment but I may have invited leader Clarke along" Chris says "why?" says Bella.
"Because he looked lonely and he was nice to me" before Bella and Tom could shout at him I say "okay it doesn't matter it's just one night".
"Thank you Kate" Chris says
"he's waiting for us in the sitting".
We walk slowly to the bar where we see Theo sitting at a table with an extra four seats for us.
