We walk slowly over to the table as we stop in front of Theo I'm the one to talk first
"good evening leader Clarke"
"good evening Kate, Chris, Bella and Tom what do you want to drink" Theo says.
"I'll have a cocktail" Bella says
"me too" Tom says
"and me"says Chris
"okay me too please"
"alright I'll be back in a second with the cocktails".
Theo walks off to get the drinks.
"Well that felt rude of us all I think" I say,
everyone nods in agreement but nobody speaks until Theo returns
"thank you" I say as he passes the drinks around "no problem" he says smiling.
We all talk for three hours straight. We talked about the sectors and our new sector and our families it was a great night.
Then it was 20 to 11 and we decided to call it a night we all walked back to the dorm and Theo walks us back as well he pulled me back to talk to me.
We walked a little way behind them "you looked beautiful tonight" Theo says to me.
I feel tingles all around my body and say "thank you you looked handsome tonight" I feel like the words that I say are true
"thank you Kate. You know your different to everyone else that I've met and I like that. I should go now but I'll see you in training tomorrow" Theo says leaning towards me he kissed me on the cheek and left.
When I got into my bed all I could think about was Theo and whether I know who he really is.
We stand in the dome watching as Theo teaches us how to punch and defend ourselves.
"Pair up" Theo shouts.
Bella and I go together and Tom and Chris go together.
"The people who you have paired up with you will be fighting first pair will be Tom and Chris" me and Bella share a worrying look.
I don't want to beat my friend up.
Tom and Chris take to the ring Chris hits Tom hard in the head and he falls to the floor.
Chris kicks Tom in the side and falls down again.
Tom manages to pull himself up and punch Chris in the chin and then the nose.
Chris stumbles back his nose is bleeding now and he looks weak.
Tom punches him in the ribs and then punches him in the face Chris falls to the ground not moving.
He's unconscious.
"Tom wins" cries Theo.
"Next Kate and Bella" says Theo.
We both look at each other sadly then take to the ring.
"go" Theo orders as he says that I move towards Bella and punch her in the jaw twice.
Then I kick her in the leg so she falls to the floor.
I'm now kicking her in the side.
Bella cries out in pain and I stop.
James and Alex walk in and when James sees that I'm showing Bella mercy he climbs up into the ring and shouts
"what are you doing no mercy will be shown" he pushes me back then kicks Bella in the side then turns to me again.
"Get off the stage James" Theo says sternly.
"No someone's gotta teach this girl a lesson" as James says that he kicks me in the leg trying to make me lose my balance but I stay standing and punch him in the face.
He looks angry and as he marches towards me a jab him in the throat.
He coughs hard.
I then push him to the floor and kick him in the side like I did to Bella but harder.
"Looks like I taught you a lesson instead" I say then I knock him out.
Alex looks shocked but says "well done Kate you've taken down one of our most skilled leaders".
"Today was probably an off day for him" Theo says whilst people are carrying James off of the stage.
"Carry on your fight with Bella" Theo says.
I look to Bella who looks weak and she says "do it" at that moment I knock her out.
"Kate wins" Theo says.
There were various other fights like John and Sam and Sam won, and Julie and Lilly and Lilly won, and so on there were about three more fights after them but I went straight to Bella in the hospital room.
"Hey Bella how are you feeling" I say feeling really bad.
"Well I'm in pain and I lost so not that good but I'm glad I lost to you instead of losing to someone I didn't know. I saw you bear up James that was great".
"Thanks it felt it as well".
We laugh for a bit until we hear a groan from the other side of the room.
It's Chris.
"Hey Chris how are you?" I say going over to him
"well I hate Tom and I'm in agony".
"Tom was doing as he was told to do, fight, I did as well and I took out Bella and James" I say.
"Wait James the leader?" Chris asks.
"Yeah"I reply.
"Wow that's awesome how's Bella?".
"She's okay, she's in pain but she doesn't hate me because she knows I did what I had to do I did stop but that's when James came so".
We look at each other for a minute until Tom walks in and comes to Chris
"hey mate I'm sorry about earlier"
Chris looks at me then smiles and says "it's okay you had to otherwise you would have been beaten up too".
"Yeah, well done on beating James up that was amazing"
Tom says.
"thanks" I say.
