Violet Sophia Beauregarde

Violet was born on December 8th. She is 11 years old. Her mother is Scarlett Beauregarde, who use to live off of prize money that Violet won for her. She now works as a dance instructor.

NOTE: Her middle name could also be Anna, but I think the name Annasophia just sounds like a lot.

PHYSICAL APPEARANCE:

Violet still looks the same but her hair is a bit straighter because I think that looks better. She still wears matching tracksuits with her mother because they've both always enjoyed doing that. But she doesn't have to wear it like her mother. She can wear her jacket on, off, zipped, unzipped, or tied around her waist no matter how her mother is wearing hers. Their clothes don't match as the exact same, but they are similar. Such as Scarlett will wear a tank top while Violet wears a T-shirt, but they'll still be the same color.

They still wear all one color except for their shoes. They just have a few pairs of black and white shoes because I think owning 12 different pairs of sneakers is ridiculous.

They only wear dresses to formal events. And of course, they also match.

They only wear more than one color on certain occasions. Such as on Christmas they might wear red tops with green pants. Or red dresses with green stripes to a Christmas party.

Violet is no longer blue, or freakishly flexible, and she CAN'T make herself inflate. But she can make her hair and eyes (but not her skin) turn blue however and whenever she wants. She can make her hair half blonde/half blue, or blonde with blue tips, or her eyes can be blue, greenish blue, or one blue and one green. She usually only does this to show someone that she's able to.

SPEECH:

I don't think there's anything worth noting about Violet's speech patterns other than that she only ever calls Scarlett "Mother". Not "Mom," or "Mommy," or "Momma". Just "Mother" and nothing else.

Violet doesn't mind other people swearing but she doesn't do it herself. Although she does hear her mother call some woman a bitch almost every day. You'd think she'd pick up the same habit but she never did.

RELATIONSHIPS:

Violet has spent seven years of her life just trying to make her mother happy. She's always hated seeing the disappointment on her mother's face whenever she did something wrong or couldn't meet her expectations.

But Scarlett has learned from the chewing gum incident that she needs to be an actual mother to Violet. It was hard at first. She never really knew how to be the loving mother that Violet needed, but she kept trying. Their mother-daughter relationship isn't the best, but it's much better than it was before. Scarlett can't be perfect, but she is trying.

Scarlett controlled everything that Violet did before the factory tour. She doesn't always know how to think for herself because of this. She still will often ask for her mother's opinion or approval on things even tho she'll usually just say something like "It's up to you, kiddo." Wanting her to decide for herself.

Scarlett will sometimes unintentionally make it clear on whether or not she really wants Violet to do something. Violet will make her decision based on what Scarlett really thinks.
