He laughed out again looking at both who are already at each other's throat.

Wow great!!!  Now I know I fucked up so badly. I messed up again.

I hold my head in both hands when realization hit me hard.. How can I be so stupid... Why didn't I trust Nanon completely... Oh shit what I've done...!!
I looked at them to Dr. Ren shouting,

"What... ?? Oh my god... shit...  What I've done... But nurse Chimon told me ! "
I tried to find excuses and Dr. Ren laughed again saying,

"Hahaa...They're childhood best friends Khun . And guess what Chimon was so pissed at Nanon for leaving him at airport for hours plus finding someone who he likes when Chimon was out of the city.
I think he basically get back to him through you. I guess you chew  the bait completely . "

I looked at him completely lost unable to utter a word..,
He looked at me seriously this time saying,

"I hope you didn't do anything regretted , Khun Ohm!"

"Um... I... Think... I already did."

I said hesitantly and he placed his one hand in my shoulder making me look at him saying,

" Actually I wanted to say all this whole time.  I mean from the moment when I knew Nanon's looking out for you in lovely way.
Actually You're the first person who made Nanon like this.  I mean a smiley, energetic and happy version which is so opposite of his workaholic personality .
He is literally a close book sometimes even with us.   But in the last few weeks I saw how he is smiling and slowly changing to just impress you. He even went shopping with Ms. Park and Ms. Nora just to buy whatever you want and get a good look to just impress you. He rarely left hospital after he became a doctor. This is the first time. I don't see you as a bad person in my point of view. But I have only one request as his one of best friends .
Please don't hurt him. I think he really likes you and it isn't a secret anymore. Even we all know. I don't know how you feel but I can confirm Nanon is head over heels for you. But if you guys didn't get a proper talk about you guys feelings till now it's better to talk out before it's too late.
And I think that's also a reason for what's going on.
But Nanon isn't a hard person at all. I think you already know that. He is so understanding. If anything happened don't hesitate just talk out it with him. As I know Nanon is one of the most understandable people I ever met. My girlfriend can't even have that much patience like him. That's why I said what is happening down is rare. So talk it out quickly Okay.... "

He said looking directly into my eyes and I realised each word he said is completely true. Nanon is so much patient, caring and understanding person.  My insecurities got the best of me again. And led to this situation. Now I regretted each word I said to him and that fucking slap. Now my heart clenched in intense pain remembering his hurt face and pained eyes . It makes me feel like I'm burning on my own hell of my faults and I made him cry and hurt just because my insecurities when he is just giving me only love and care in whole world.

I was lost in thoughts when Dr. Ren Voice out again,

" Now don't blame yourself. Ok .. ?"
He asked in a worried expression.
I nodded and said,

" Yeah I understand Khun.. Thank you so much Dr. Ren..."
I said sincerely,

He smiled at me Patting my shoulder saying,
" Don't be.... Just call me Ren... "
