"Look, she can't make me do this." Elijah pointed.

"We have to do this for Hotch." Fleur sighed.

"But she smells bad- Like, my mother bad." Elijah crossed his arms,"That and I don't like her personality."

"I have to pretend I like her." Derek fixed his tie.

"We all do." Elijah leaned back in his chair.

"Who do you think she'll get first?" Reid asked.

"Who does she hate the least?" Elijah asked jokingly.

"Um..All of us?" Fleur raised a brow.

"Well, let's face it. She doesn't like us." Elijah pointed to Fleur and himself,"I called her a cow with her stood right behind me."

"And there's that time I put salt instead of sugar in her tea." Fleur crossed her arms.

"On accident." Morgan nodded, clearing his throat,"Definitely an accident."

"No, I put it there on purpose."

"And I fully support that." Elijah pointed.

Fleur high fived Elijah as Struass came out of the room she was holding the interviews.

"Section Chief Strauss." Morgan nodded to her as she walked out.

"Can I speak to SSA Deans?

"Of course you can." Morgan spoke, nudging Elijah before he could say anything.

Strauss crossed her arms and walked back into the room. Elijah sighed, mouthing 'wish me luck' before he followed after Strauss.

"Would you like some water?" Strauss asked.

"No, thank you, Ma'am." Elijah shook his head as he sat down.

"Are you alright?"

Elijah stammered, trying to find his words as he leaned back in his chair,"I'm just.. Not comfortable with any of this. It's wrong."

Strauss sat down, clasping her hands together,"What do you mean?"

"In my not so humble opinion, I believe everyone is asking the wrong questions. I mean, doesn't anybody care about what the Reaper did to them? How many people he hurt? All anyone seems to care about is.." Elijah stopped himself, he was getting too emotional over this,"It just isn't right."

"Do you think that Agent Hotchner was acting agitated or unreasonable.?"

"He.. No- No! He.. He was just freaked out about his family which, considering what happened, I'd say was perfectly reasonable." Elijah shook his head, removing his glasses to rub his eyes.

Now it was Fleur's turn, she sat down and looked at Strauss.

"Please say your name and rank for the record." Strauss instructed as she turned on the recording device.

"Supervisory Special Agent Fleur Howards from the Behavioural Analysis Unit in Quantico Virginia." Fleur sighed.

"And how long have you been a member of the BAU?"

"Six years." Fleur nodded.

"Can you speak up, please?" Strauss asked.

Fleur cleared her throat, "Six years."

"And have you worked under Agent Hotchner the entire time?" She questioned.

"No, Madame. I currently report to Acting Unit Chief Derek Morgan." Fleur nodded.
