"So, how are we?" Fleur sat down on her desk.
"We're tired." Elijah answered, slowly spinning in his chair.
"We always are." Fleur chuckled.
"Always on the clock, never catch a break." Morgan shrugged, sipping his coffee.
"Has anyone heard the news lately?" JJ asked.
"The news?" Elijah blinked.
"What's going on?" Reid turned to them.
"I don't know." JJ sighed,"I just heard we're leaving now."
"There's been a mass sniper shooting in Dallas." Hotch walked in.
"How many victims?" Elijah looked over at him.
"Still unclear. Three confirmed deaths so far." Rossi sighed.
"We don't know much beyond that." Hotch nodded.
"Is it a terrorist attack?" Blake questioned.
"Well, if it is, they're happening more frequently." Morgan shook his head,"First the Boston Marathon, then the cleaver incident in London."
"We're also coming upon the fiftieth anniversary of the assassination of JFK, which also took place in Dallas." Reid mentioned.
"So we have to consider domestic terrorism." JJ sighed.
"Right now, we consider everything. I need a list of all acts of civil unrest in Texas in the last few years." Hotch ordered.
"Copy that." Garcia nodded quickly.
"Local FBI's on the scene. We'll take the lead when we arrive." Hotch sighed.
"Be safe." Garcia added as the lift doors closed.

"It's worse than we thought. Five confirmed dead, sixth victim is still alive. He's in surgery now. This is Agent Mays. She's in charge of reviewing surveillance footage. These gentlemen are from the BAU. SSA's Hotchner, Rossi and Howards." Agent Hollins introduced them.
"We understand there were twelve shots fired." Rossi looked over to Mays.
"Yes, that's right. At 0.8 second intervals. So this entire thing was over in ten seconds." Mays sighed.
"Any footage of potential suspects?" Hotch asked.
"Well, we're still looking. Based on the trajectory, we know that he was shooting from a high vantage point. Unfortunately, none of the camera angles caught that. But we do think he was shooting from the north end of the plaza." May explained.
"Area's been sealed off. Going floor by floor through each building." Hollins added.
"Shooter's gotta be long gone by now. Any eyewitness accounts?" Fleur asked.
"Well, they run the gamut. The only thing that's consistent is how inconsistent they are." Не answered.
"We should monitor social media for any leads." Hotch added.
"We'll do that, but in my opinion, nothing beats good, old-fashioned investigating." Hollins shook his head.
"No argument here." Rossi hummed.
"Agent Mays, why don't you head on down, help the BAU in the plaza." Hollins suggested.
"Will do." Mays walked off.
"What do we know about the victims?" Hotch questioned.
"Let me show you." Hollins turned to the board,"The first victim was Axel Greiner, computer programmer. Daniel Bukowski, Assistant DA. Alice Emerson was a social worker. Melanie Chen, financial adviser. Ricardo Hernandez, a sales manager. Kyle Yates, the final victim, he's the one that's still alive and in surgery. He was a waiter at the Golden Oaks Grill."
