The beautiful tall blonde woman walked through my bedroom door. Green heels that took her tallness to another level. Her light pink skinny jeans  fitting like a glove and a matching green top with glitters. Each spiral curl contained a certain amount of hairspray. She looked like a goddess and I, like a hobo.

“You look like a street urchent.” She said and her smile dropped. “What happened” She asked and her motherly instincts came out.

“I was drugged last night.” I said and tears welled up in my eyes for the first time. She ran to me and held me tight. Why am I suddenly feeling so emotional. I hardly knew what happened last night and what more is there that I dont know? If I got a tattoo ... Mother said it was only a red mark when she saw it, but isn’t the in suppose to show from the very beginning?

“What else aren’t you telling me?” She asked and sat down with me on my pure white bed.

“I swore it was true, Lorinda!” I said and barely saw her brown eyes between the blurring of my tears.

“I was bitten two houses away from my own, by a vampire. Next thing I knew I blacked out and I dream about him. He massages me on a beach. Then I woke up.” I said a little more calmed.

“I think it was the effect of the drug. Do you remember anything else?” She asks and patts the tears under my eyes away.

“He said join me and something about he had found me. It makes no sense. It did happen!” I said and looked up at her. I knew she would believe me.

“Thats a tough one. Was he atleast a hotty?” She asked and smiled her overborad smile. She always knew how to cheer me up, even if it was by teasing me.

“Lorinda!” I said and laughed a bit. “Yeah.” The drug hit me hard. It will probably be a few days till the effects worn off and then I can go back to my life and live it as I please.

“Keep him.” She said and winked at me. I laughed a bit more. I wish, if he wasn’t a vampire, then I would have dragged him home and chained him to my bed. Only if he wasn’t.

“If there’s any conselation, Gavin is into you. He couldn’t keep his eyes off you! When you left, he called everybody home!” She said and wiped the tears from my face. “Now lets make you beautiful!” She said and ran to my vanity table and drew out all the drawers and laid them on the floor. She unpacked her gazzilion bags. We never cared if our things switched, just like sisters, even better.

“Lorinda...” I said and looked at my nails.

“Yes?” She asked as she still searched through the drawers.

“I got a tatoo.” I said and looked at  her for a reaction. I just don’t know wich one...

“You got a what?” She asked and ran to me. “Where?” She screamed. I tilted my neck. She touched it and I flinched.

“It hurts Lor.” I said and kept my gaze from her.

“It’s not even red. Usually a new tattoo is red. Somebody got their eye in for you.” She said and smiled a sincere smile. She hugged me and dragged me from the bed.

She striped all the nailpolish I had on. She replaced it with my favorite colour, sapphire blue. We listened to music and laughed at things we did in the past and things we will still be doing. She then curled my hair. I knew it wouldn’t last. My hair is too straight for curling.

She then did my make-up, also covered the tattoo up for my mother not to see. I always let her do my make up, shes brilliant. Next year she going to an accademy to study beauty arts.  Next thing I knew she was undressing me. She handed me a package and I saw a faint smile.

“I brought you a pre gift.” She said and I dug into it. A strapless sparkling cobalt blue dress hung between my hands. “I bought a different blue, so you would remember who gave it to you.” I hugged her out of joy, still in undies. We were never shy in front of each other.

“Thank you!” I screamed as I ran to the bathroom.

“We’re heading out so, make it quick.” She yelled as I slipped it on. The mirror in the bathroom was much larger than in my room. She stood next to me. The dress brought out my blue eyes. The black sircles surrounding the light blue of my eyes were even darker.

“You look beautiful! Lets go. Theres someone your mother and father would like you to meet. That guy from your drug period, is nothing compared to what’s waiting downstairs.” She said and pulled me out of the bathroom. She then sprayed purfume on me and I smelt like a semi sweet flower.

We walked down stairs, arms hooked. I still felt weak after that drug. Maybe it will be better tommorow? I reached the last step and almost fell over. Luckily, with that thin body of hers, she held our balance.

“Thanks.”

“No problem.” She said and smiled sweetly. There’s something thats going on and she’s not telling me. Her actions and how she speaks gave it all away. That made me a bit angry, but she has never threw me to the sharks. I just have to trust her.

We walked into our beautiful living room and saw a man sitting with his back towards me and mother and father sat on the opposite side. They all stood up and smiled.

“You look beautiful darling.” My mother said and walked to me. The man hasn’t turned around yet. From the view of his back, he was delicious. He just needs to turn around.

“Thanks mom.” I said as she hugged me. “Darling this is Darius Almquist” She said as he turned around.
