we just topped the group stages.

i've bagged myself a good few goals and i've got the most assists so far.

tomorrow is our match vs spain in the quarter finals.

i was in the relax room with a lot of the girls.

lauren hemp was playing at the ping pong table and was beating everyone.

"rosa" lauren called. i looked up at her.

"come on me and you" she said holding out a bat.

"you sure hempo?" i said as i got up.

"don't be too cocky rosa. i'm unbeaten" she said.

"not for long" i winked and took the bat from her hand.

i played against her and beat her.

"rematch?" she said. i laughed and nodded.

we played many more times and i beat her every single time.

"this is too easy. anyone else want to play?" i said.

i saw jordan looking at me. she had a mixture of annoyance and disgust on her face as she sat with beth.

right this needs to stop.

it's affecting the team. they can't decide who's side they want to take but i don't want them to take sides.

i put down the bat and went over to jordan.

everyone was staring.

"we need to talk" i said straight up. she sat and waited for me to speak.

"out there" i said and waited for her to get up before following her out the room.

"look jordan, i just want to apologise for the past. i'm sorry that i led you on that night. i didn't think it would mean anything to you. to me it was just sex. i thought that's what you thought it was too" i said.

"also im sorry for ignoring your calls and texts. that was wrong of me and i should have just spoken to you and explained myself" i continued.

"i don't want any bad blood between us going into these knockout games because it's starting to affect the team morale and stuff." i said. "im trying to start fresh. turn a new page. i dont want to sleep around anymore. i want to commit to one person, show her that i love her. because i do love her. i love her a lot and she means so much to me. i've never loved anyone so much."

"thanks for explaining rosa. i appreciate that. i guess we can be civil for the sake of the team" she said.

"thank you jordan" i said.

we went back into the relax room and everyone's eyes were on us.

"what" i said.

they all went back to doing their own things.

i sat on the sofa next to leah who was playing fifa against keira.

"hi" i said.

the two girls were completely concentrating and didn't say anything.

lucy was on the floor leaning against the sofa and watching them.
"hi rosa" she said.

"hi lucy" i said.

keira scored a goal and leah sighed putting her hand on her head.

"your so shit" i laughed. i took the controller from her hand and played the last few minutes.

keira was winning 2-0.

i scored 1.

then i scored a second.
